I MADE THIS BEAT IN ONE DAYOsh2026-09-28 | I MADE THIS BEAT IN ONE DAYExperimental Beats | Episode 1 | SwingwaveOsh2022-02-10 | In todays Episode I've put together a smooth drone compilation to accompany this lazy sounding, melancholic track.
I took a bit of inspiration from Lofi, Jazz, Downtempo Electro, Synthwave and came up with my own genre name "swingwave"
Let me know in the comments if you can think of a better genre name to describe this track!I wrote a track Inspired by BlackmillOsh2022-01-15 | I've been listening to Love at Heart by Blackmill recently and decided I would try to make some music in the same style.
I didn't use any real instruments or samples from my studio this time round, all the elements from the track are synthesized except for a few of the drums.
If you've listened to Blackmill before you'll know how expressive yet simple his music style is. I enjoyed learning new production skills from this track and am looking forward to implementing them in future tracks.
Enjoy! How to make a Polo and Pan beat with a Frying PanOsh2022-01-08 | I enjoyed making the last version of this video so much I decided to do it again but better.
I recorded sounds from my flute, bodhran, mandolin and some things from the kitchen, its amazing what you can do with just a few samples of cool instruments.
Enjoy !Valorant SoundtrackOsh2021-06-23 | Using only sounds from Valorant, I created this Rezz - style, downtempo, bass heavy, distorted monster of a track...
Enjoy!Music Producer watches Narcos onceOsh2021-05-29 | ...Lockdown beats | Episode 3 | SynthwaveOsh2021-02-06 | I've been a big fan of Synthwave over that past two years and am super excited to have figured out how to make it sound half decent on Ableton!
This track was an attempt to recreate "resonance" by " Home", I decided not to copy it exactly but put my own spin on it using the same style.
Pls excuse the CPU dropouts, I somehow managed to run 4 instances of Vital and perform it live without any problems prior to filming the video but as soon as I tried to record the screen + the audio, it shat itself.
Enjoy

If you have something to replicate then the sample choice/style is already decided along with the tempo and other elements.
If you are ever stuck for ideas, try to recreate something you love
Enjoy!Making a Polo and Pan Style Beat with Sounds from my GardenOsh2020-10-31 | I took up the challenge of creating a beat using sounds from my back Garden using my field mic and it turned out sounding similar to Polo & Pan!
Any Polo & Pan fans in the comments?
MY SPOTIFY spotify:artist:0V3Y9Fyk8rlAhFWyzyy7ajWim Hof Method in an Ice BarrelOsh2020-09-11 | After discovering the 'Wim Hof'method, I also discovered I had the perfect sized Barrel for doing the cold plunge and making my cold water exposure practice easily accessible!
This isn't a tutorial as such but just a smooth representation of my experience with the Barrel ( and a cheeky breath hold ) although I wouldn't recommend this if you are going solo...
