The show opens on a serious note as both Adella and Jimmy address the lack of mask wearing during the weekend. They took responsibility for their own shortcomings and how their comfort level led to complacency and a failure to execute their plan to stay masked up for the health and safety of others.
The team began discussing the events from Day 2.
Since 2019, LolaBean Yarn Co has partnered with Cece's Wool to raise awareness about voter suppression. They talked about this partnership and being excited and grateful to meet and greet so many people at Cece's booth. They talked about walking into The C Word's booth and the beautiful crochet patterns that were on display. They also discussed coming across fellow fiber friends and artists, Shobha of Serendipitous Wool and Robin of Birch Hollow Fibers.
The conversation ends with opening mail and thanking everyone for their support and patronage of LolaBean Yarn Co.

The first topic was their initial apprehension about traveling and whether or not events of 2021 would play a factor over the course of the weekend. They make mention of their stay at a lovely cottage in Clinton Corners, NY.
The conversation shifts to their experience at the Wool & Folk Festival which took place at the Hutton Brickyards in Kingston, NY. The LBYC Team spoke of being a sponsor for this event. The first vendor that the team visited were the wonderful folks at The Lamb & Kid, who happened to be live-streaming via Instagram. From there, they chat about all the other wonderful vendors that they purchased products from and/or received gifts from.
The team discusses their first in-person encounter with designer Brandi Cheyenne Harper and her book “Knitting for Radical Self-Care”. They also talk about their first in-person encounter with The Grocery Girls. The last topic of discussion was about the events that occurred during the Podcaster’s Patio session with The Grocery Girls and long-time friend Gaye Glasspie of GGMadeIt. The debate of who is taller between Adella and Gaye was finally settled.
