The original 1984 game featured the hero, Sir Graham, as he ventured on a quest given to him by King Edward, to find the lost treasures of Daventry and bring them home. This included a magic mirror that sees the future, a magic chest full of ever-lasting gold, and a magic shield that grants the user with invincibility. Throughout his quest, Graham faces wolves, witches, ogres and even a giant, all standing in the way of his quest. Roberta Williams designed this game to be replayable for IBM's PC Junior release as well, so there are several solutions to many of the puzzles.
