What is TAS? TAS is Tool Assisted Speedrun, which means that there were used tools, that allow for near perfect execution, best possible rng and other things that are technically possible, but are too hard to execute in real time. Explanation for glitches used during the run:
Duplication - if you save the game with items inside of the chest, then take the items and use alt + f4 the is a chance game will not save the fact that items were taken and save your inventory at once making the item duplicate.
Teleportation exploit - if you leave the game right after teleportating through the portal (works for both nether and end portal) there is a chance game will teleport you to the other dimension without changing your cordinates from previous dimension.
No damage - If you leave and rejoin the game you don't take damage for around 3 seconds.
No pearl cooldown, calming enderman, no velocity - all these things reset everytime you rejoin the game.

If you still don't get what is going on here is explanation for all glitches i used during run:
Avoiding damage - If you quit and rejoin game you don't take damage
Duplication - If you force close game (for exemple with task manager), it won't save changes in your invenotry making items that you put into chest appear there again
No velocity - quiting the game resets your velocity
No dragon in the end - if you place end crystal on obby platform before dragon spawn, the game will think you have killed it already
Enderman next to the portal - okay, it's not fully a glitch, but it's worth mentioning. When a world generates there is a chance enderman spawn in a cave and get hurt by flowing water, making it teleport into a golem. Once golem hurt it enough, it can teleport next to you, then you can calm it down by quiting and rejoining the game

I think it's good to mention that a lot of damage taken during the run is not a mistake, but rather a intentional way to loose saturation faster, in order to make space for more food.
For people who don't get how exploding creepers can give you music discs: When creeper is killed, game checks only if it was killed by skeleton or not, it doesn't check how was it killed. It means that if skeleton ignite tnt with its arrow, game acts as all mobs killed by this tnt were killed by the skeleton and in case of creeper, results in dropping a music disc.

Explanation for all glitches:
Duplication glitch - when you force close your game there is a chance that your inventory don't get saved making items that were droped / put into chest appear back in your inventory.
No damage - After rejoining world you get 3 seconds of invulnerability.
No pearl delay - if you rejoin after throwing a pearl there will be no throw delay.
Slow Falling - Rejoining world resets your motion, it means that if you rejoin very quickly you can fall slower or even levitate in one place.
No dragon in the end - if you place end crystal when entering the end, dragon will simply not appear and exit portal will be open.
The enderman - its actually not a glitch, but its good to be explained - 60 blocks from the spawn is a cave with water. When the world generates its possible for the enderman to spawn next to the water, then get hurt by water and teleport to nearby river. Then there is a small chance that after teleportation enderman will instanly walk into the water in the river causing it to teleport again to the golem. After receiving 2 hits from the golem it can teleport away to the player and pick sand from the ground. I know right that it sounds ridiculous, but it seems to be TECHNICALLY possible.

Enderman on the surface - this is actually not a glitch, but it needs a little explanation. When the world is generated enderman spawns in the cave 30 blocks below surface, then flowing water hurts enderman making it teleport to the surface, right in front of golem. Disclaimer!
This run is actually impossible to be recreated in vanilla minecraft. This is because there is a glitch that makes your effects not save when you teleport from end to overworld. Since i realized it when i was done with almost whole run, it's supposed to be glitchless run and strategies from this run can be used by other people, i made it so the glitch doesnt appear here, but keep in mind it exists!
Enchantments glinde and advancement announcments looks weird, this is because they are not affected by tickrate changer, and after speeding up the video they are faster then they should be.
