[TAS] Flipswap Factory in 56.516 - Geometry Dash Melting Ice 2024-04-27 | A Tool-assisted speedrun of Flipswap Factory by zejoant, completed in 56.516 seconds. This saves 0.325 seconds over the previous TAS.Previous TAS: youtube.com/watch?v=ynOZBJk-LEcIn my opinion, this is probably the final stop for this level. I have been unable to find any timesaves at all until today, and even then I didn't even save 0.5 seconds, so it is likely the only possible way to improve this is just to improve movement. As for the timesaves: some time was saved in room 6 by saving some speed. In room 7 a frame was saved since somehow the first jump was possible a frame earlier. In room 11 I just used the flipper to cancel y speed instead of waiting for y speed to decay enough. In the transition to room 13 I utilized the fact that holding nothing results in speed decaying more than holding the other direction. I also found a way to save more time in room 14 since there is no longer a need to reset the y speed on the second hyperfling, and the second hyperfling was also converted into a regular fling.
