Not incredibly perfect for several reasons:
1) was recorded from Dolphin via Audacity (audio dumping didn't exist at the time)
2) DSP HLE was used (I haven't the CPU power for LLE)
3) Recording wasn't done on a separate CPU core (I only have a dual-core)

Recorded via Audacity wave input @ 48KHz 32float ~ uploaded as 48KHz 24bit FLAC

MKV Lossless Test: FLAC 24 bit + CamStudio (LZO) @ 4096x3072 = SUCCESS!

NM64 2011-01-31 | Music is an except of "Into the Night" from the excellent visual novel "Fate/stay night".

Unlike WavPack, FLAC is fully supported by YouTube, and even 24bit FLAC is accepted.

For still-image videos, CamStudio LZO is the best lossless codec I know of that is accepted by YouTube (they unfortunately don't support MSU Lossless)

MKV was created with mkvtoolnix for Windows via the GUI version (mmg.exe)

Audio Lossless Test: WavPack 24 bit = no sound
