You can see I had to peek in back slots a few times and my LL turning on solve 3 was very poor because I was nervous, so there are things I can improve, but I think it might be a while before I beat this.Also peep the clutch sledge U2 sledge ZBLS on solve 4 to get a sune instead of a dot 🔥

I really felt like I was turning safely and carefully, kinda expected to see ~1.2 when I looked down at the timer, very shocked that I pulled this off since I am old and my hands/tps are not super fast.#1 - wasnt trying yet#2 - wtf#3 - narrowed down to sune or diag sune and had to pause to recognize which it was#4 - didnt know the eg1, rotated#5 - TLBL (premade tcll layer, did the only alg from that subset I know to solve layer + oll, then PLL)1/5 one-looked 😬

52.86 Official Rubiks Cube Blindfolded Single [MO State Record] (Indiana Championship 2024) Zagros 2024-11-25 | I've really been going for a sub-minute blind solve for a long time, so happy to finally make it by a large margin! And one thing about me is that I'm always gonna get a ridiculous mean too. 1:05.22, 52.86, 57.04 = 58.37 sub-1 mean the same round as my first sub-1 single! Also the memo on this solve was actually kinda bad but the scramble was good, especially for M2 edges
8.89 Official Rubiks Cube Single (Indiana Championship 2024) Zagros 2024-11-24 | I'm very pleased, because I have never had a very good 3x3 PR single before. My PR was 10.11 since March, then in round 1 of this competition I got a 9.90 single. I was, of course, very excited to finally get sub-10, but it was still barely a PR and nothing very special for me. Then, in the final solve of round 2 (my last solve in any event at the comp) I was able to beat it again by over a second! The solve is fullstep, you can see after I solve the first pair into the back I actually break up a free pair because there were two free pairs at once, I'm not sure if I made the wrong decision doing the pair I had to rotate for, but I didn't know the other pair was going to be free. Pleased with the strong finish on PLL (not locking up or taking a full second longer than necessary on the last three turns), since if I had messed up even a little it wouldn't have been sub-9. Overall very solid solve that only really had one free pair and nothing outstandingly lucky.
