The clash of styles fits mine and the singers are both Belgian after all so it's probably the most Belgian video you'll watch this year. I'm immersed in Persona 4 at the moment, so I was inspired to edit with the animes. To me, the song really has parts where it sounds like straight from the game like a Boss OST or something. I mixed the 3 animes, firstly because they're not of the highest quality in terms of animation and then also because it felt more interesting since the games reuse a lot of similar codes to tell their story so it was fun to combine them all in one. Pretty obvious for Genshin players but I took inspiration from Raiden Shogun trailer video and character.Title is a play of words between Yami (Darkness) and "dō" coming from words like "bushidō" or "kendō", so it's the "way of darkness" or "Dark Road" (yes it's another reference to a Kingdom Hearts game). I intended to do a mad in order to try new things and get more practical experience on After Effects. Of course, lot of stuff could be better but I'm happy to have been able to complete it. J'avais ce MAD en tête depuis longtemps mais j'ai jamais pris le temps ni le courage. Mais le son était prévu depuis minimum 5 ans, c'est un classique.Ca faisait 3 ans que j'avais pas try hard sur un solo et ça a pas été facile de reprendre AE à 100% au début mais plus le clip avançait et plus je retrouvais mes marques. J'ai aussi appris beaucoup de choses.Il y a un petit thème post-apocalyptique mais le côté nucléaire vient surtout de la source, la meuf du clip c'est Utsuhou Reiuji et son thème c'est Nuclear Fusion donc voilààà, c'est juste pour ça. Keep Moving Forward [Tribute to Monty Oum] MagicDarkLight 2015-02-20 | When I learnt about the death of Monty Oum, it touched me. I am usually not very sensitive about things like that, but this man was so talented I still can't understand how he could die. This just isn't right. His family asked people to make something creative in lieu of flowers. And so I did an AMV.But it's been a while since I wanted to make a RWBY video and maybe to show it to him. I've never thought it would be under such circumstances. This is far from being a mentionable work, even amongst mine but I wanted to keep it simple. Someday I will definitely make something really interesting, either with RWBY itself or one of the song from the show. I chose Mirror Mirror, simply because the White Trailer was the one that really made me go all hype and crazy about RWBY. This is one of my favourite song, yes it sounds sad, but I didn't want to give a sad meaning to it today, the final scene where everybody falls from the sky is the true answer to the question. Watch the mirror and try being a better person and more creative. This took me a long time, I feel a bit late but it wasn't that easy to make this video. I was conflicted between feelings that it wasn't good enough and will to keep it simple. I wish it was better and made quicker, as he was a very meticulous man who loved efficiency. But I'll work hard. The fanart at the end of the video was made by a friend of mine.
