I've been very inactive this year on youtube and that's because I finished my studies at uni, so I was very busy with that. What's more is that next week I will start working full time as a teacher, which means I'm officially entering adulthood and that sadly leaves me with less spare time to edit. I also haven't really felt inspired to edit in the last five months and I don't believe that's going to change anytime soon. That said, I still hope to edit from time to time, so if you'd still like to stick around, that would mean a lot to me. What that means for me is that I feel romantic attraction towards- and desire romantic relationships with men, but that I just don’t care that much for sex. I also experience aesthetic attraction which means that I can like the way someone looks (no matter their gender), but that doesn’t mean I want to have sex with them. I know it might be difficult to understand and that’s okay, because asexuality is rarely talked about and there isn’t a lot of asexual representation in media. The Champion comes forth and proves her worth to lead the Underground armies against Hela, Goddess of Death, and the Lord of Darkness.As the visions keep haunting Sarah in her dreams, she can hear the Goblin King calling to her, begging for her help. If she doesn't fight with them, every world will burn. Sarah is afraid and wishes she didn't have to be the Champion, but ventures to the Underground nonetheless. There, she meets Maleficent, the mysterious profetess who also becomes her guardian.Sarah is afraid of facing Jareth again, but when they meet, she slowly begins to understand there is more to him than what she used to believe. No longer a villain, but an ally and so much more. Having loved her for so long, Jareth is thrilled when Sarah confesses her feelings for him. Unfortunately, his father, King Thranduil, does not approve of their relationship. When Sarah and Jareth disappear, he asks Maleficent of their whereabouts, but she refuses to tell him. She has been keeping an eye on the two of them and she can see that the love they share is real.Sarah is unsure if she can fight this battle. After all, she is only a mortal. Jareth, however, believes that she can and says that all she has to do is believe in herself. She recalls how she became the Champion in the first place and starts to believe that she can do this. On My Own [Phantom of the Opera] BelleofAvonlea 2020-09-09 | About a month ago, I heard this cover of On My Own from Les Misérables by the one and only Miachel Crawford (a.k.a. the original Phantom) and knew that I simply HAD to make a video! I love Michael's voice in this, it's very emotional and vulnerable and I can't help but think he must've thought of Phantom when he did this cover, because the lyrics capture Erik's feelings about Christine so well! In hindsight, I suppose it would have made more sense to just use the musical Phantom productions (the 25th anniversary, the 2004 movie and Love Never Dies), but I really wanted an excuse to edit with the 1990 mini-series, because I love it so much! And I also noticed there are quite a few parallels, like when he's carrying her to the bed and she falls asleep. This isn't perhaps what I wanted it to be, but it's simple and sweet, so I hope you enjoy it even if it's not spectacular XD.- Belle

(Fun fact: this song is by a Swedish artist called Miss Li and the first time I heard it, it was in Swedish, so I prayed there would be an English version and there was!) I think it's quite catchy and the lyrics are really fun! I tried to match them as best as I could with the clips. I also wanted to keep this simple without any effects or transitions, instead relying on timing and beats. Before Suicide Squad came out, there had never been a live-action portrayal of Harley Quinn in any movie, but there are plenty of fan videos pairing Heath Ledger's Joker with Brittany Murphy as Harley and I've always wanted to have a go at it and use her, because I think she would have been perfect for the role. I've watched so many fan videos with her and Heath as Harley and Joker that I sort of can't picture anyone else as Harley alongside Heath. It's such a shame that they both passed away at such a young age. But from now on, my Reylo vids will end happily and not tragically like this one. God, I hate the ending of TROS, it completely went against everything they had set up, which was a happy ending! Instead, we got this piece of trash -__-I do believe Ben will come back, though, hence why I added the hopeful "No one's ever really gone" at the end. Whether he'll come back in a movie, TV-series or comic remains to be seen, but I don't think Disney or Lucasfilm would be so stupid as to never bring back their currently biggest cash cow (since it appears they care more about money than good story-telling. And it has nothing to do with the corona virus, I swear. I am personally not as affected by it, because I still have the same amount of workload as I usually have. I started this particular video a few months back and I never thought I would finish it, but here we are! Pride and Prejudice is one of my favorite novels/movies (and I also like the BBC series) and I have edited with it before, but never in a full video like this. I just heard this instrumental piano version of A Thousand Years and it really reminded me of the piano theme from the movie, so in that sense I think it fits. They were deeply in love and one day, the Queen gave birth to their first child. A young prince was born and he filled the King and Queen's lives with great joy and happiness. But shortly after his birth, the Queen received terrible news from the great prophetess Maleficent.Maleficent, who was close friends with the Queen, told her of a vision she had seen of the future. Not only was the Queen's child in peril, but the entire Underground as well. The Queen was devestated and begged Maleficent to help save her son. Maleficent revealed there was only one way her son and the Underground could be saved: the Queen would have to give herself up to the dreaded Lord of Darkness. Only then would the future provide their salvation. The prophecy spoke of a human girl whose fate would one day intertwine with that of the Queen's son. Her powers would be strong enough to save them all from their doom.The Queen did not want to leave her son whom she loved with all her heart, but it was a sacrifice she was willing to make. So one night, without the King knowing, she left her husband and son behind. Maleficent kept it a secret. Loki & Sigyn ⚜ Everything I Need BelleofAvonlea 2020-03-10 | I really wanted to make another Loki/Sigyn video and even though Lily James is my personal favorite fan casting for the part of Sigyn, there just aren't that many clips of her that fit into the world of Asgard, so to speak, so I used Miranda Otto as Éowyn instead, because she fits more into the Asgardian aesthetic. And I was so pleased with how well she actually worked with Loki in the few (poorly made) manips that I made. Okay, some are pretty good, but some of them are kinda meh XD.As far as the story goes, it follows canon, but it's not in chronological order here as you might have guessed. But the idea is that Sigyn knew Loki before the events of the first Thor movie and she mourns his death on the Bifrost, but notices that she's about the only one except Loki's family who does and yadda yadda, you get it. Then when he comes back and is imprisoned, Thor tries to tell Sigyn that Loki is not the same anymore, but (being the goddess of fidelity), Sigyn remains faithful, but is hurt by Loki who pretends not to care, but Sigyn knows better. Sigyn then talks with Frigga who encourages Sigyn not to give up on Loki and she doesn't. In the end (not sure when), Loki does admit his feelings for Sigyn and they live happily ever after (I wish).I was thinking about adding some overlays and maybe some text as well, but I got so tired of this project that I decided against it. Ever since episode 8 of Voltron anyway. I heard this song from the musical "The Count of Monte Cristo" and wow, it just screams Lotura, don't you think? I also watched the movie "The Count of Monte Cristo" for the first time the other day and it was really good! So now I might read the novel, too. But I digress: the last Lotura video I posted was before season 8 and I remember stating I hoped there would be a happy ending. Well, we all know how that turned out. And now I've been fooled twice, because there wasn't a happy ending for Reylo in The Rise of Skywalker, either :( These two ships have so much in common. At least they're canon! T O X I C // JOKER & HARLEY BelleofAvonlea 2019-11-14 | So ever since the new Joker movie came out, I've been going back to my obsession with Joker and Harley Quinn, which is good, because I've been meaning to make another crossover with Heath's Joker and Margot's Harley ever since I got the full Suicide Squad movie to edit with. I also used my new updated software to create an original masking of Harley, which was fun to do, though it didn't turn out so great XD. I think I need to practice before I get the hang of it.But speaking of Joker, I went and saw the movie for the third time this week and it is SO GOOD! If you haven't seen it yet, please go watch it while it's still in cinemas. I think we can all learn something valuable from it. And contrary to what some critics and media believe, I do not think this movie will inspire violence, but inspire people to ask themselves: How can I be a better person?That's all I had to say for now. Harley Quinn ❖ Sweet But Psycho BelleofAvonlea 2019-10-07 | Did you guys see the trailer for Birds of Prey? It was pretty awesome, wasn't it? So awesome that I just had to make a new video celebrating my favorite comic book character! It's been ages since I last made a Harley video! Over two years I believe. That's pretty crazy. And I know this song has been used so many times with her already, but I think it fits so well (and I also dig it a lot).So this video was made with my new Pinnacle Studio 23 Ultimate upgrade and I am so happy to have all the cool transitions and effects back again! I can't wait to explore it more!Oh, and guess what? I went and saw Joker today and it was amazing! I cannot recommend it enough! It really gives you something to think about and discuss, that's for sure. And Joaquin Phoenix's performance was outstanding! I wouldn't be surprised if he won an Oscar for this iconic role like his predecessor, the one and only Heath Ledger (who is my favorite Joker by the way). When I first saw the look of Joaquin's Joker, I was afraid that it was going to be too much like Heath's, but he totally made it his own thing and this movie focuses more on how the character became the Joker, so we don't really get to see him truly be the Joker until the end of the movie. But yeah, it was so good. Seriously, if you haven't already, go see it!

Especially since this is a project I've been working on for a really long while. I think I started it over a year ago O__O Somehow I lost my inspiration halfway through. Can't believe it took an entire year for me to find it again XD.I had so much fun editing this, so I hope you guys will enjoy it and maybe get you in the right Halloween mood, even though we're still a month away from that ;)On a different note, I've got some exciting news! I just ordered the latest version of my editing software (Pinnacle Studio), which means I'm getting a HUGE upgrade! Loki || Lonely BelleofAvonlea 2019-08-20 | As soon as I heard this song (link at the end of description), I knew I had to make another Loki video. It's too perfect, but oh so tragic. When it comes to Loki, the most tragic part about his character, I think, is that he tries so hard to be good enough and to be loved by his family, especially his father. And the only way he thinks he can get Odin's approval is if he becomes more like Thor instead of just being himself. (I wanted to showcase this with the deleted scene where Loki daydreams about wielding Mjolnir and being praised by the people of Asgard.) And that's why Loki is so relatable, in my opinion, because all he wants is to be loved and accepted for who he is. It's something that I think every person wants, so to follow his story and realize that he never really gets that love and confirmation is heartbreaking to me. I relate to Loki on so many levels and I love him more than I've loved any other character in my whole life. His death in Infinity War was a hard blow for me and I find it very difficult to watch, because in opposition to what some (or most) people say, Loki did not deserve to die. Not like that. I know he's coming back for the Loki series and, don't get me wrong, I'm very excited to see it, but it won't be the same. I think in order for Loki to complete his arc, he needs to realize that he is good enough just the way he is and I would love for him and Thor to reunite and reconcile with one another. In the same sense, I don't think Thor's arc was completed, because he never came to realize how he had wronged Loki and he never once told him that he loved him. But since Thor is not going to appear in the Loki series (at least that's what I assume), I don't think we will ever see that happen. All I hope is that Loki will find that he is worthy just the way he is.This ended up being a long rant, though I had not intended for it to be. I apologize for that. Once I get Endgame, I'm going to make another Loki video, which will be a character tribute focused on his full story using voice-overs over sentimental background music. Loki + Sigyn ♡ Anywhere But Here BelleofAvonlea 2019-08-11 | I admit I was a bit reluctant to upload this, because it's really not that good, but I wanted to share my fan casting for Sigyn in the MCU which would be Lily James. I love her as Cinderella and I imagine Sigyn being kind of like her personality-wise. I don't really want to type-cast (but I totally do).I realize they will probably never include Sigyn in the MCU, though, since I'm pretty sure Loki's time in the movies is done, but there is a tiny chance they might include her in the Loki series should they decide to go down that route. I'm not getting my hopes up, however. As far as Loki is concerned, I've been let down by Marvel's handling of him too much already, but I know Tom is very excited for the series and that's a good sign to me.For those of you who don't know, Sigyn is the wife of Loki in Norse mythology and she actually did appear in the Marvel comics in the 60's or 70's, I think, and she was Loki's wife in those as well. I just want him to find love and be happy, that's all. That's not too much to ask for, is it? (Apparently Marvel thinks so.)So I guess there's no real story here, just me messing around with clips and praying it will look good. As I've mentioned before, I don't have the right tools to make good maskings or manips, but I suppose it looks decent. I guess I wanted this to play out according to the canon timeline, so when you see Loki in his cell, that's during the time he was imprisoned before the events of The Dark World. I also included a lot of clips of Asgard (primarily as filler clips), but also because I miss it so much and I wish we had seen more of it. I wanted to see more of the palace and the city and the beautiful nature with all the waterfalls and pretty things. I'm sure there is much to be seen and I would gladly spend an entire week there exploring the place (with Loki as my personal guide, because let's face it, Loki would know all those beautiful secret spots that no one else knows of).I guess that's all there is to know about this one, but if you have any questions, feel free to ask :)

But I have to say that cursethestars really inspired me because she is able to make amazing crossovers while still using very few manips, so I thought: Hey, if she can do it, then so could I. (She also uses Thranduil as Jareth's father, so I don't want to appear as a copy cat, but he is just perfect for the role!) The thing with making crossovers like this is creating a story and that means you have to combine clips along with possible voice-overs to convey that story. I was so blessed to be working with the movies that I did, because I was able to do just that with both clips and voice-overs. Flora ✘ Helia // Waiting for Superman BelleofAvonlea 2019-06-22 | I never thought I'd be editing Winx Club videos, but here we are, LOL. I adored this show when I was younger, I watched it on repeat. But the thing was, I ever only watched the first season and some of season two, but I never got any farther than that. So when I saw they had it on Netflix, I just couldn't resist rewatching it and following the entire series all the way up to season 5 (that's all the seasons they had available). But I doubt I would have continued watching it, because season 5 was horrible, in my honest opinion. The best seasons are definitely seasons 1-3. Season 4 is okay, but that's where I felt it was going downhill a bit and getting more commercialized with new transformations and whatnot so they can sell lots of merchandise rather than creating a solid plot.Anyway, so because I never saw all of season 2, this means I missed out on all the Flora/Helia cuteness as a kid. I'm sure I would have loved it, because Flora has always been my favorite Winx as she's the one I relate to the most (I would totally daydream about a handsome guy rescuing me from an evil monster and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that). That said, I'm pretty sure I would have crushed on Helia back then just as much as I do now, because he's perfect boyfriend material. So yeah, Flora is my favorite of the girls and Helia is my favorite of the guys and together, they make my favorite couple as well.Hope you enjoy this! Phantom & Christine || She Will Always Hate Me [POTO + LND] BelleofAvonlea 2019-04-05 | I think I heard this song for the first time watching a Reylo video and I kept thinking how well it would fit Phantom of the Opera, so I looked up if there were any videos already with Phantom and this song, but I was unable to find any, which actually surprised me quite a bit given how well it fits. But it's kinda nice to be the first one to do it. But if anyone has seen a video with Phantom and this song, then please let me know because I'd love to watch it!I decided to include some Love Never Dies in there as well because the lyrics of the second verse really fit. I'm not a huge fan of the story in LND as I feel it disrespects the characters, but I still enjoy it because of the music and because I will never say no to more Phantom/Christine content. In other words: I am so ready for someone to make a new full-length movie adaptation of the novel, which I'm actually rereading right now. It has the potential to be something great. The theme for the first round was to edit with a song in my home country's language and in my case, I got to edit with a song in Swedish!
