Honey Garlic Shrimp Fettuccine ♥ Kathleens Kitchen Kathleens Closet 2017-01-22 | Thanks for watching ♥ This is my entry for the Sherry and Friends Contest, wish me luck!Please comment, I'd love to hear from you & subscribe!Honey Garlic Shrimp Fettuccine Shrimp Marinade1 lbs of Shrimp1/4 Cup Soy Sauce1/3 Cup Honey 1 Clove of Chopped GarlicFettuccine8 oz. (Half a package) of Fettuccine Pasta1 Stick of Unsalted Butter2 Cloves of Garlic1 Tbsp. Parsley1/2 Tsp. Oregano1/2 Tsp. Red Crushed Pepper1. In a large mixing bowl pour 1 lbs of shrimp2. In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, honey and garlic and whisk until combined.3. Pour marinade mix over the shrimp and mix untile evenly distributed.4. Let mix sit in refrigerator for 1 hour.Fettuccine1. Fill a large pot 2/3 full of water and set to boil (salt water to taste)2. Add 8 oz. of fettuccine to water and let it boil for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender3. In a large sauce pan, melt one stick of unsalted butter4. Add 2 cloves of chopped garlic to melted butter and brown garlic5. Add oregano, parsley and red crushed pepper and mix sauce together6. Add cooked pasta to sauce pan and blend until sauce is evenly distributedCook Marinated Shrimp1.
