OKAY BUT ON TO THE RULES!!
Rules:
1: This is a color palette map! There is no exact colors to use, but there is a basis. Here is the palettes: http://sta.sh/01edhfv8to7v
Glowing parts: Your character needs to be very dark, like a silhouette, and any patterns or stripes or special attributes must be glowing with the brighter colors! It's not completely silhouette but it comes off as one, so please make a lineart! The background must be simple and help show off the character. Eyes and mouth must also glow! THIS PALETTE IS STRICT!!
The light parts: Here, your character can be it's normal colors, and the background must be blues, golds, oranges, reds, and purples! Very neat and pretty and needs to show a lot of gold in it, because this is where the "I'm so SHINYYY" part comes in~
2: This can be either animation or PMV. I very much prefer animation, but you can do PMV too! Please tell me which one you're choosing in your comments. Pmv must have NO WORDS though.
3: The screen size must be 1920x1080!!
4: If you choose PMV you'll only get two weeks to finish it. if you get animation, you'll have a month to finish it. I'll give extensions, but please tell me in advance!
5: I'm going to be pretty picky with this map. This isn't a rule I'm just saying i'm gonna be a little bit picky.

6: If you don't get a part, please don't get angry or upset.
