I'll try to summarize the relationship between these two, but sorry if it gets long, the history these two have is really complex and is the reason this confrontation happens.SUMMARY:Back when Morningstar was just a warrior, she went on a journey with 3 other cats, two of which were named Starlingsong and Lynxfang. The two ended up having kits, but Starlingsong ended up getting killed by Rainfall, the corrupt Riverclan deputy that Morningstar killed to become leader.When the kits grew up, being raised by Thunderclan, one revolted and tried to kill Morningstar. She lost a life to him, and he was eventually forgiven by the clans, and had a litter of kits of his own. Rainpaw (The one being attacked) is one of said kits. Not only is she the daughter of a cat that took one of Morningstar's lives, but she's named after the cat that killed one of Morningstar's best friends.Realized this is kinda confusing, but Morningstar is the Riverclan leader.I hope that makes sense XDI might clean this up later, but for now have this.SONG: Susie from Deltarune the (not) Musical
