hope ur ok | pride month mep - Public Signup Open [6/13 TAKEN] SourLivies 2025-05-27 | this song will never not make me at least a little emotional...I'll try and keep this short and sweet, but for pride month this year, I felt that it would be good to edit "hope ur ok" as it contains a lot of themes that the lgbtq community can resonate with.Theme: Hardships/challenges that lgbtq characters face in media (ie. coming out experiences, self-acceptance, etc).As a side note, you are welcome to briefly include the characters you edit with their partner or love interest if it applies. However, the goal is really to focus on a character's journey : ) as long as that shines through, then you are welcome to include pairings as you see fit. And another note: if a media doesn't really go into depth about a character's journey connected to their identity, I would reframe from editing it as it might not fit the theme.Rules:- Use two or three characters per part (if media repeats in the mep, please ask me first if it's okay to use)-This is raw-focused editing, but I will find some fonts and explain which overlays/transitions would work best for this theme!-Like the signup, the parts itself should be either set to 50% or 75% black and white.
