Revisit the Twister...Ride it Out attraction! | Universal Studios Relaxing Reality 2024-07-21 | Revisit "Twister...Ride It Out" captured from my family's trip to Universal Studios Florida in 2004 and converted to 4K 60fps for all to experience once again! This was an indoor special effects attraction based on the 1996 film Twister, located in the New York themed area at Universal Studios Florida. It replaced Ghostbusters Spooktacular and opened to the general public on May 4, 1998. Hosts Bill Paxton and Helen Hunt, stars from the original film, were featured in recorded video footage and audio narrations throughout the attraction. Guests experienced a life-like encounter with a simulated tornado in the main show area which included water, fire, and the movement of objects across the stage among other audio and visual effects. Declining popularity due to a lack of long-term cultural significance led to the attraction's permanent closure on November 2, 2015. Knoebels Twister roller coaster POV & Reaction 4K HDR Relaxing Reality 2024-07-04 | The Twister at Knoebels Amusement Resort in Elysburg, PA, is a wooden coaster known for its intense and thrilling ride experience. It was designed by John Fetterman and opened in 1999, inspired by the legendary Mr. Twister coaster from the now-defunct Elitch Gardens in Denver. Twister features a unique layout with a double helix and a track length of 3,900 feet, reaching speeds of up to 51 mph. The ride includes dramatic drops, tight turns, and fast-paced spirals, all set within the park's lush, wooded environment. Twister has become a favorite among coaster enthusiasts for its smooth ride and classic wooden coaster feel.This was our very first time filming the attraction and we will provide our reaction after the ride. The Yuengling Brewery in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, offers free tours that last about an hour. These tours, which run every hour on weekdays and every half hour on Saturdays from March to December, take you through the brewery’s history and beer-making process. Highlights include visiting the old fermentation caves and sampling the brewery’s offerings. Please note that closed shoes are required, and the tour involves approximately 150 stairs. This is also family friendly and you can bring your children--they even have birch beer for them to try when the adults are sampling beer. Relaxing Reality 2024-06-14 | The Flying Turns roller coaster at Knoebels Amusement Resort in Elysburg, Pennsylvania, is a wooden bobsled coaster, inspired by a design from the early 20th century. It stands out for its unique trackless design, featuring bobsled-style cars that navigate twists, turns, and drops. Unlike traditional roller coasters, the Flying Turns doesn't rely on a fixed track, providing riders with a thrilling, unpredictable experience. It's a beloved attraction, offering a nostalgic nod to the golden age of amusement parks while delivering a one-of-a-kind ride for thrill-seekers.This was our very first time filming the attraction and we will provide our reaction after the ride.
