Both seem to have everything other than a few minor bits and pieces, but they're both in pretty good shape. I'm planning on taking one to a full-on custom street tracker / café racer / scrambler bike. Plans include a full engine rebuild, updated electronics, gutting the frame, and a custom seat. Homemade Trailer Restoration AimlessMoto 2018-09-14 | My father in-law gave me an old home-built trailer from back in the late 90's. The thing used to have a plywood floor and 2x3 sides which also mounted the fenders. I stripped off all the wood, repacked the bearings, hard-mounted the fenders and then threw on a nice coat of Rustoleum and a new deck and sides. Quite the rugged little trailer! DIMESNIONS: Trailer = 4'x8' bed, 3' Tongue.Decking = 5/4 PT, 10ft lengths cut to fit tongue for box mount. Sides = 5/4 PT, 1 10' cut in half for front, 4 8' for the sides, 2x3" PT custom cut, beveled, and routed to fit the pockets. Side height = 14"Hardware = 1/2" carriage bolts, washers, lock washers, nuts. D-Rings (Harbor Freight) 5/8" Carriage Bolts with nylock nuts and washers. Decking screws for the decking. Strapping (under decking bolted to angle-iron cross members) = 2x3" PTLighting = Amazon LED light kit, and Amazon 3/4" LED dotsPaint = Rustoleum Rusty Metal Primer, and Satin Black on trailer, gloss white on wheels. Actually my wife bought it for me for Christmas. Long story short, it's more of a toy than a hobbyist grade piece of kit. Proof that you CAN find good stuff on Craigslist if you know what you're looking for and have some patience. Paid $60, $2 for bolts, and $25 for a new blade (a week later) and have a working ride-on! I know it's a little confusing about how I tested the switch. The trick is, you have to have the correct series of switches tripped to test each one individually. That, and you NEED to have the seat switch jumped with a piece of wire. How to Change Manual Transmission Fluid | Tremec TR-6060 Woes AimlessMoto 2016-05-03 | When you accidentally put the wrong transmission fluid in the car and you need to quickly drain it out and replace it in the middle of the night. Haha... yup. Had to swap out RedLine D4 fluid for Royal Purple MAX ATF. The D4 isn't compatible with Chrysler ATF+4, and was causing each gear to grind and nibble.
