The Great State of Nevada
April 12, 2023
We have searched high and low looking for a candidate that will serve all Nevadans in the United States Senate.
Finally, we have found a candidate that won't just follow the status quo, who won't be a bench warmer on the Senate floor, that won't tell you what you want to hear, that has the intellectual ability, common courtesy, respect for the voters, knowledgeable, passionate, diplomatic, compassionate, true leadership, and have the wherewithal to get the job done.
Many are intimidated by Phillips's warrior beauty at first glance, but don’t let that fool you. Phillips is a Lion when it comes to putting Nevada first.
Republican Recycling Candidates:
The Republican Party has a reputation for “Recycling Candidates”. If a candidate fails to win a lower echelon race, the next election cycle that same candidate is now running for a higher seat only to lose again.
If the Nevada State Republican Party is serious about taking this US Senate seat they need to do the following:
1. They need an intelligent woman who has never filed for public office.
2. They need to convince all males and perennial candidates to stay out of the primary.
3. They need to convince the Libertarian and Independent American Party to stay out of the General Election.
4. Most importantly they need to put all resources behind one candidate in the Primary Election.
If the Republican Party follows this simple advice Stephanie L. Phillips will be that warrior for Nevada in the United States Senate who will unite all Americans.
A Message from Stephanie Phillips:
I am a proud Blue Star Mom, small business owner, and Patriot. I have spent my entire career in real estate for 30 years in Las Vegas.
As a single mother of two for the last 16 years, I understand the struggles many faces. I understand financial devastation and a struggling business in a down economy.
I watched the last two years as our schools, businesses, and churches were closed, heard our government deem most small businesses non-essential, watched our kids be masked against their will, then heard them say Americans must get a shot to keep their jobs.
That is when I finally had enough and decided change starts with us…. the private sector… hard-working Americans like myself. Career self-serving politicians in Washington are NOT the answer. I want to leave a thriving, united, and prosperous Nation for my kids and their kids. Change starts here and now.
I am going to be the Representative for Nevada like no one has ever seen.
I will put all Nevadan's First for a change instead of the establishment Washington politician whose political career, appetite for power, and hunger for money come before YOU!
The reckless spending sprees we have seen in recent years send our money abroad before taking care of our own and that will stop with me.
I will ask Nevadans what is important to them and will serve my constituents as public servants are so elected to do.
Far too often politicians put their agendas before “We The People”. I will fight for a better and safer Nevada, not only for you but for all our kids! They are counting on us!
Closing:
This US Senate seat is the highest in the 2024 ballot. We need to take this seat very seriously!
A vote for Stephanie Phillips will be a vote for freedom, liberty, and the Constitution. Less government and more of We The People.
Get involved...we have a Country to save. United, we can make a difference!

Veterans In Politics International (VIPI) and its President Steve Sanson, have settled their third Anti-SLAPP lawsuit (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation). This time against megalomaniac family law attorney Marshal Willick.
Willick is known to bully, sue, defame, dox, harass, and intimidate people he doesn’t like until he gets his way, but this time he ultimately had to cough up $175,000 to Steve Sanson in a case that has been going on since 2017.
Attorney Marshal Willick along with his girlfriend, attorney Jennifer Abrams, are emblematic of the chronic problems that plague the family court. In early 2017, Sanson criticized abuses in the Clark County Family Courts and declared WAR on it. As part of that war, Sanson published a courtroom video of Abrams’ sketchy courtroom conduct. The video was highly embarrassing for Abrams (view video: Jennifer Abrams Nevada Attorney attacks a Clark County Family Court Judge in Open Court https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g6YELDGuYHM&t=198s).
Sanson then exposed embarrassing details of a tier 2 registered sex offender openly working in Willick’s family law office.
Sanson was a threat to their family Court racket, so in an apparent effort to stifle his efforts, Willick and Abrams both filed frivolous lawsuits against Sanson and VIPI alleging everything from defamation to civil conspiracy.
As the cases made their way through the courts, Willick told a group, “We have to do something about Sanson’s war on the family court to protect the judges.” The net result was that Willick and Abrams recruited a couple of online trolls: former addict Mark DiCiero and paralegal David Schoen, to dox and harass Sanson – along with any other family court litigants they believed to be associated with him or VIPI. They did this through an online group called Nevada Court Watchers or “NCW” – and later a political action committee called “NCW PAC” which was a companion group that threatened judicial candidates who even dared to speak to Sanson.
The cases hit their peak when Willick, in coordination with either a vulnerable or in our opinion corrupt judge, arranged a kangaroo hearing where Sanson was falsely accused of attempting to influence a case. The video of this hearing was widely publicized in an attempt to discredit Sanson ( view video: BRYCE DUCKWORTH FAMILY COURT JUDGE STORMS OFF THE BENCH https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gvhrt0sOFy4&t=161s).
Despite her extraordinarily poor taste in suitors, to her credit, Abrams was the smarter of the two settling with Sanson and his organization for $155,000 in June 2021.
As usual, Willick is not so smart. He only opened his checkbook following three failed settlement conferences, multiple failed trips to the Nevada Supreme Court for appeals, and a failed attempt to dismiss his so-called airtight case against Sanson and VIPI. When it finally became clear that Sanson would not bow to intimidation. At one point remarkably Willick had the entire Eighth Judicial District Court Bench disqualified. In addition, Willick changed attorneys several times.
With no way out, Willick finally gave in and settled with Steve Sanson and Veterans In Politics International.
Sanson and his organization were sued by these attorneys because he championed, exposed, and provided solutions for the corruption that plagued the Eighth Judicial District Court Clark County Family Division. The same corruption that some unscrupulous family law attorneys profit from.
Sanson and VIPI have sparked a whirlwind of citizens rising and banding together. Many litigants thought that they were alone. Many litigants were afraid to speak out because their judge essentially kept their children hostage.
Before VIPI began exposing the corruption in the Clark County Family Court, it was hardly spoken about. Sanson and VIPI gave this issue its undivided attention to expose the cancer of Family Court holding several public protests outside the family courthouse, educating litigants on their rights, getting corrupt family court judges removed from office, and exposing again and again how unethical attorneys and judges arbitrarily seal cases to shield their unethical and unlawful behavior from the public.
The cost to Willick and Abrams was not inconsequential. The total paid to Sanson by Willick and Abrams so far is $330,000. This doesn’t even include the money Willick and Abrams spent on their own attorneys in their failed attempts to silence VIPI.”
Veterans In Politics International will never stop exposing corruption, will not stop endorsing good candidates for elected seats, will not stop educating litigants on how to defend themselves in family court, and will not stop promoting legislation that is going to once and for all rid us of the corruption that has plagued our family court system for decades.

On January 28, 2023, the Veterans In Politics Video Internet Talk Show interviewed Tim Williams Clark County District Court Judge & Paul Padda Nevada Attorney to discuss the Missouri Plan on the Veterans In Politics Video Internet talk-show.
Williams has been a trial Judge for the past 17 years on the District Court bench. Williams went through the appointment process three times before he was appointed to the bench.
Williams explained that the venting process an applicant has to go through is vigorous.
Williams said that financials are checked and an FBI background is also checked.
Williams said that many judicial candidates cannot make it through this same process.
Padda is the founder of Padda Law and was a former federal prosecutor with the US Attorney’s office. Padda has been in Vegas for the past 19 years.
Missouri Plan
The Missouri Plan (originally the Missouri Nonpartisan Court Plan, also known as the merit plan, or some variation) is a method for the selection of judges. It originated in Missouri in 1940 and has been adopted by many states of the United States. Similar methods are used in some other countries.
Under the Plan, a non-partisan commission reviews candidates for a judicial vacancy. The commission then sends to the governor a list of candidates considered best qualified. The governor then has sixty days to select a candidate from the list. If the governor does not make a selection within sixty days, the commission makes the selection.
At the general election soonest after the completion of one year's service, the judge must stand in a retention election. If a majority votes against retention, the judge is removed from office, and the process starts anew.[1] Otherwise, the judge serves out a full term.
As of 2016, 38 states have a form of merit-based selection and retention method for some or all judges.[2] Twenty-five states have a nominating commission to screen all candidates of the state courts of last resort.[2] Eight states have commissions that fill interim vacancies on the highest courts.[2] Twenty states utilize retention elections for judges who wish to serve on the highest state courts beyond their initial term.[2]
The host asked what would you look for if they were on the Judicial Selection Committee both Williams and Padda said that they would look for experience, case filing, appellate work, vested in the bar, leadership in the community, reputation, and judicial temperament.
The reason we chose to discuss the Missouri Plan is that during the last two election cycles, the uneducated voting public has removed judges just to replace them with a specific gender or an American-sounding name. None of these are qualifiers to become an outstanding judge.
Williams said some people run for a judge that has disciplinary issues before the state bar.
William said that there is a watchdog committee that keeps judges in line under the Missouri Plan and they have the power to remove a judge for any reasons that are conflicting with the bench.
William said the committee checks judicial temperament, is the judge starting court on time, does the judge renders timely decisions, are the judicial canons are being followed, and so on.
William said although the Governor picks one of the three names the Judicial Selection Committee is the body that sends the applicants for the Governor to choose.
The host said that we need more transparency with the Judicial Selection Committee and to give the public more opportunities to have their input. Both Padda and Williams agree that we have to have transparency for the public to be at ease with the process. Williams suggested that the process should be televised.
William said that all courtrooms should have public access because it’s the people’s court and the courtrooms belong to the people, not attorneys who practice before the court.
The host said for the Missouri Plan to take effect it has to go before the voters on two separate election cycles because it’s a constitutional amendment.
Williams would like to take money out of the process of running for judge. The host brought up the fact that a current California Law mandates judges to inform all parties that appear before the court of donations of $1,500 or more and leaves it up to the parties to recuse them.
The host asked about term limits Williams and Padda said that judges don’t hit their prime until six years of being on the bench and 20 years should be sufficient time on the bench because an experienced judge is paramount to the community.
Padda said it is not his duty to educate a judge.

Las Vegas Nevada
May 21, 2022
Steve Sanson host of Veterans In Politics Video Internet Talkshow and cohost Stephanie Phillips and Talisia Sandoval sat down to discuss the issues which Las Vegas Ward 2 Voters have the right to know. The character and mindset of a person elected into office should be a major concern for all voters. City Hall needs new leadership.
Veterans In Politics Video Internet Talk-show has invited Victoria Seaman the current Las Vegas City Council to represent Ward 2, to be interviewed on our program numerous times.
The thought was to give Seaman the chance to answer some very disturbing discoveries. They range from misappropriation of city time and resources to misbehavior while she was a
Nevada State assemblywoman. As well as explaining the lawsuits she has filed against the city of Las Vegas and others.
Over the past winter Seaman had complained about a website that was posting some alleged facts and troubling incidents. During this time she said that her opponents as well as other elected officials had developed this website. We now have court documents that show she has known who developed the website since September of 2021 and it was none of the above.
The questions that were asked during the investigative report on Veterans In Politics still
remain unanswered. This is puzzling conduct from an elected official. How can we trust an elected official that is not transparent and that appears to have been hiding the facts?
We at Veterans In Politics have left the door open for Seaman to respond. We continue to hope for answers and transparency. We hope that she will respond and clear up any
misunderstanding.
Additionally, her anger at the vetting process for our endorsement was surprising, as a 19-year-old college student asked questions that were never answered. Per the bI-Laws of Veterans In Politics International the questions she was asked during the endorsement process were solely developed by the panel members that conducted the interview and no one was allowed to review the question, not even staff.
We continue to leave the door open for any explanation should she choose to do so. We strive to report things in a fair and unbiased manner. It is with this thought we invite her to appear and tell her side.
After you watch the video below you too will scratch your heads and hopefully do your research before you vote at the polls.
