How to Make Piezoelectric Crystal Speaker RimstarOrg 2012-09-08 | I make a loud speaker for a clock radio using a piezoelectric crystal. Actually I experiment with a variety of piezo crystals. That includes a piezoelectric igniter crystal from a BBQ lighter and a homemade/DIY rochelle salt piezoelectric crystal. I also try out a piezo buzzer from Radio Shack and also a crystal earpiece normally used with a crystal radio. LC Circuit: Selecting Coil and Capacitor RimstarOrg 2017-04-27 | ERROR!!!! The correction is that whenever the capacitor is discharged, the current it at maximum. At 1:45, 2:37 and 2:49, I remove the arrows to indicate that the current is zero while the capacitor is discharged. I shouldn't have removed them. In fact the arrows are moving in the same direction before and after those points and the arrows are thickest, meaning maximum current! How can it possibly be maximum, then zero, then maximum?! Remote Control Drill Motor & How a MOSFET Works RimstarOrg 2015-10-03 | WARNING - The drill battery in the circuit diagram is drawn backwards by accident. The plus sign beside the drill battery should be a minus and the minus sign beside the drill battery should be a plus sign. That means some of the red and black lines should reverse colors too. The black lines going to and from the drill motor should especially be red for clarity, just as the red line going to the source should be black for clarity. Everything else in the video, including how the circuit is ACTUALLY wired up and the MOSFET explanation is correct.
