Recipe:
200 grams egg whites
400 grams icing sugar
Pinch if salt
Powdered vanilla or vanilla paste to taste
2 drops gel food colour
Dry in a preheated Gozney dome at 70 degrees Celsius (we had the oven open for 2 hours for a pizza party, so it remained warm for a long time. You want to dry these out for at least 5 hours).

recipe:
450 grams unsalted butter
400 milk
450 grams white chocolate
450 grams plain (all purpose) flour
225 grams self raising flour
600 grams caster sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
regular oven: 180 degrees Celsius
Gozney Dome: preheat to 400 degrees Celsius and allow to cool down until it reaches 350 degrees Celsius with the door on and chimney closed. Re-heat if needed, but be sure to take the cake out of the oven while it is heating up again :)

In this video, we are baking some delicious Shortbread Cookies in a Gozney Dome pizza oven! These came out incredible.
The recipe for these bad boys is as follows:
200 grams unsalted butter
100 grams caster sugar
1 pinch salt
200 grams all-purpose flour
110 grams corn starch
1 tsp vanilla essence

Bake in the Gozney Dome oven with Gas option, preheat to 400 degrees Celsius and allow to cool to 350 Degrees Celsius. At this point you can add in your shortbread cookies. Make sure the gas / fire has been completely turned off and the Rope Sealer Door is attached. I also blocked off the chimney to help trap in the heat. rotate half way through baking and bake for a total of 10 mins.

In this video, we are baking some delicious bigne in a Gozney Dome pizza oven! This was so much fun to experiment with, I thoroughly enjoyed testing out the different temperatures. The bigne also came out delicious and dry on the inside, with complete hollowed out shells. Incredible!

Hey lovelies! This one is completely left of field, but I have been dying to try out this Gozney Dome, and thought I would create an unboxing video since there are only a handful of these on YouTube and all I could do was watch the same ones over and over again lmao! So I am adding to the pool of available videos on the topic ;) this is also completely relevant to the cake decorating side of this channel, since I plan on creating and testing lots of delicious recipes in this oven. I'll be taking you guys along for the ride as I experiment and share those results! xx

BANANA BREAD RECIPE:
230 grams wholemeal flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
3 over ripped bananas (approximately 400 grams)
10 grams vanilla extract
50 grams vegetable oil
8 grams apple cider vinegar
75 grams maple syrup
125 grams soy milk
chocolate chips to taste
bake in the dome starting at 210 degrees Celsius. Rotate after 25 minutes,
reheat the dome back up to 200 degrees Celsius if needed, and bake for an additional half an hour. Repeat the reheating method if the banana bread needs a little more time to bake, or until a skewer inserted through the middle comes out clean.
Naked cakes never get old. These were fake, material flowers that I used to decorate and fresh macarons :) Enjoy!

Three mothers day worthy cake designs over the years :) We have been a little quiet on this channel lately, but I promise it's for a good reason! When at first you don't succeed, try and try again ;) The trick to this cake is to use a super hot metal scraper to draw in your waves. By the time you achieve that smooth finish you are after, your buttercream would have likely began to set against the chilled crumb-coated cake. When you move in to create waves after this point, the buttercream catches on your spatula or scraper, and this creates little bubbles and frilly sections on the edges of your wave. To remedy this, use a nice hot metal scraper or spatula tho glide through the setting buttercream, and this will render an even, pristine and clean finish. Enjoy!

This edible art is dedicated to my gorgeous friend Saswati who is expecting a gorgeous little girl. Making the chocolates from scratch was very easy with this silicone mould. I mentioned in the video that I added vegetable oil to the chocolate- this is purely to help make the cutting process easier and reduce the risk of the chocolate cracking and breaking apart when I try to cut it. A hot blade definitely helps here too :) I hope you guys enjoy this one!

This edible art is dedicated to my gorgeous friend Saswati who is expecting a gorgeous little girl. Making the chocolates from scratch was very easy with this silicone mould. I mentioned in the video that I added vegetable oil to the chocolate- this is purely to help make the cutting process easier and reduce the risk of the chocolate cracking and breaking apart when I try to cut it. A hot blade definitely helps here too :) I hope you guys enjoy this one!

This edible art is dedicated to my gorgeous friend Saswati who is expecting a gorgeous little girl. Making the chocolates from scratch was very easy with this silicone mould. I mentioned in the video that I added vegetable oil to the chocolate- this is purely to help make the cutting process easier and reduce the risk of the chocolate cracking and breaking apart when I try to cut it. A hot blade definitely helps here too :) I hope you guys enjoy this one!

For a super white frosting, replace the butter with more vegetable shortening.
White modelling chocolate recipe:
375 grams white chocolate
110 grams corn syrup
Dark modelling chocolate:
375 grams dark chocolate
180 grams corn syrup
Melt chocolate in microwave, and gently fold in corn syrup until the mixture starts to look as though its splitting. Stop immediately when it comes off the sides of the bowl with ease, and the mixture looks like it wants to curdle / split. Wrap it up in plastic food wrap, and set at room temperature overnight. Literally that easy :D the next day, you may need to cut it up and microwave for 5 to 10 seconds and knead it into a pliable consistency. You may not need the microwave, so have a feel for the modelling chocolate first.
