World of Warcraft Mark of the Sentinax Legionfall Campaign Quest GuideWoW JNasty2024-05-05 | World of Warcraft Mark of the Sentinax Legionfall Campaign Quest GuideWorld of Warcraft Gatekeepers Review: Cunning Mac'Aree Legion World QuestWoW JNasty2017-09-05 | The world quest "Gatekeeper's Review: Cunning" is identical to the Mac'Aree quest "Gatekeeper's Challenge: Cunning," so this video can serve as a guide for both. Though the position of the runes may vary slightly for you, the principles are the same. There are 3 chests that you must loot that are guarded by runes of different colors. One rune is orange, another is purple, and the final is green. Interact with the three statues to combine the primary colors they show (red, blue, and yellow) to match these colors, then pass the barrier and loot the three chests one by one.
To pass the orange barrier, interact with the red and yellow statues.
To pass the purple barrier, interact with the red and blue statues.
To pass the green barrier, interact with the yellow and blue statues.
You can tell which combination you currently hold by looking at the rune over your character's head. Once you loot each of the three chests, this world quest / quest will be marked as complete.

This enemy can be reached by entering the Xenedar ship through the ramp on the southern side of the ship. Once inside the central room (where you interacted with Xe'ra for the main story quests), head to the southwest through an archway to ascend a second ramp. You will find Commander Vecaya on a ledge on your right. This enemy is elite (level 112) and has many AoE attacks; should you have difficulties defeating her, use the Group Finder tool to find back up. Using the Group Finder tool will also help in phasing you, should the world quest not register as active. This enemy is required for the Adventurer of Argus / Commander of Argus achievement.

Note that you will have to progress through the lower-level achievements before this becomes available. Namely, you'll need to finish "We Came Here For Two Reasons...," which requires you to defeat 100 demons, then "To Kill Demons...", which requires you to defeat 500 demons, then you will finally reach the "And Chew Mana Buns..." achievement, which requires you to defeat 2000. Naturally, you'll defeat demons as you quest through Argus, but the best way to quickly defeat hundreds of demons is to join a raid group using a custom group search to find other players to farm with. Keep in mind that after 10 players, your raid may face issues with tags for members. Some of the best places I've seen farmed so far are the Darkfall Ridge, near where you begin your journey into Argus in Krokuun, the High Inquisitor's Lair, which is the northeasternmost fel structure that can be seen on the Krokuun map, and the Shaper's Rise, north of the Soul Crucible in the Antoran Wastes. There are certainly other areas where you can grind demons out, but this is a start. Once you reach 2000 demons, you will begin the achievement "And We're All Out of Mana Buns," which requires you to defeat 5000 demons and unlocks the title "Demonslayer." You will also receive a piece of mail from Thaumaturge Vashreen containing the Bleakhoof Ruinstrider mount. Use this mount in your inventory to unlock this mount.
Recorded with the Windows Game Bar and edited with VideoPad.World of Warcraft Cleansing Fire Antoran Wastes Legion World Quest GuideWoW JNasty2017-09-01 | The world quest "Cleansing Fire" takes place within Ven'orn's Lair, which can be found up the path to the west of the Hope's Landing beacon in the Antoran Wastes. For the first objective, you will be required to defeat 10 spiders, which will occur quickly, since these enemies tend to swarm players and have fast respawn timers. You will also need to burn 5 Spider Nests, which are targetable enemies that resemble sets of eggs. You can either attack these nests or can use the quest-provided item to destroy them (the latter being preferable). When you use the quest item, you actually have priority on a tag compared to those who attack the egg, so I would advise doing this instead of attacking them. Once both objectives are complete, this world quest will be marked as complete.
Recorded with the Windows Game Bar and edited with VideoPad.World of Warcraft Crystal Methods Krokuun Legion World Quest GuideWoW JNasty2017-09-01 | The world quest "Crystal Methods" takes place within the Shattered Fields of southwestern Krokuun and requires you to obtain 40 Argunite Fragment quest items. These quest items can be obtained by defeating demons in the area, though the drop chance is relatively low, or can be picked up off of the ground. I would suggest focusing on picking up the Argunite Fragment objects that can be found on the ground throughout the region, as this is much quicker. They resemble small piles of yellow shards and often produce 4-6 shards per pick-up. As you make your way between these objects, defeat enemies. Before long, you should receive your 40th Argunite Fragment and this world quest will be marked as complete.
Recorded with the Windows Game Bar and edited with VideoPad.World of Warcraft Gladius Antoran Wastes Legion World Quest GuideWoW JNasty2017-08-31 | The world quest "Gladius" begins within the Hope's Landing beacon location of the Antoran Wastes on Argus. First, interact with a Lightforged Warframe on the southern side of the settlement. This will cause you to take flight (on a track; not free movement) and will give you access to two abilities. Your first ability fires a single shot, and the second is an AoE attack upon impact. The Lightforged Warframe will take you south to a region known as Antorus. Once you reach the area, you will receive two new objectives: Slay 15 demons, which can most easily be done by shooting down fel bats around you, and to destroy 3 Spires of Woe. Once you have defeated the demons, your Warframe takes you close to where you can see the Spires of Woe on the ground; aim for their base with your abilities to destroy them. Once you have completed both of these objectives, your Lightforged Warframe will move northeast towards a Legion ship known as the Sentinax (which you have experienced in the Broken Shore). Use your abilities on the Sentinax to destroy the ship. Once you have done so, this world quest will be marked as complete and you will be returned to Hope's Landing.

For the world quest "Supplies Needed: Fiendish Leather," you will need to obtain 40 Fiendish Leathers and turn them in to Captain Fareeya within the Hope's Landing beacon of the Antoran Wastes of Argus. The best farm spots for skinning that I have found so far are the Petrified Forest and the road west of the Anihilan Pits of Krokuun, as well as the area just south of the Spirit Crucible in the Antoran Wastes. As you skin, be on the look out for quests that will reward you with increased Fiendish Leather drops from skinning. Alternatively, you can buy these on the auction house, but they are very expensive. Once you collect 40, speak with Captain Fareeya to turn in this quest. Note that the 40 Fiendish Leathers are consumed upon completion.
Recorded with the Windows Game Bar.World of Warcraft Reaching Fiendish Leather (Rank 3) Legion GuideWoW JNasty2017-08-30 | With the introduction of Patch 7.3, quests for Fiendish Leather, a new crafting reagent, were also included. The quest starters for each of the ranks can be obtained from skinning beast enemies on Argus within any of the three zones. Some of the best skinning regions for farming Fiendish leather (and the associated quest starters) are the Petrified Forest of eastern Krokuun or the path to the west of the Anihilan Pits in northern Krokuun. You can also skin beasts south of the Spirit Crucible in the Antoran Wastes. First, you will be looking for the Tainted Scraps, which will start the quest "Tainted Scraps." Report to Enstraa on the bottom floor of the Vindicaar to turn in this quest. It's in your best interest to turn this in quickly after receiving the quest starter so that you can move on to the higher ranks (the higher-ranked quest starters won't drop until you have secured the previous rank). With each rank increase, you will notice that the amount of Fiendish Leather you obtain from Skinning will increase. During your farming, you may come across a unique pet to skinning on Argus known as a Fossilized Bile Larva and Primal Sargerite, which can be used to craft new armor as well as the new upgraded version of Obliterum. Continue to farm enemies until you find the Spoiled Fiendish Leather, which will start the quest "A Larger Cut;" again, report to Enstraa on the Vindicaar. After an hour or two of farming, you should then receive the Corrupted Tooth, which will start "Order of Operations." When turned in to Enstraa, this will unlock the third rank of Fiendish Leather. You should now be prepared to farm with efficiency!

The first step of this world quest will require you to obtain 10 Devastator Energy Cells, which can be completed by either interacting with Fel Energy Shard objects in the area or by defeating and looting demons in the area (such as Legion Laborers, Mo'arg Pitbosses, or Eredar Overseers). Once you have 10, you will then be required to activate the Fel Devastator, which can be found on an elevated platform on the southwestern side of the question region. When interacted with, you will man the devastator. Turn the Fel Devastator to the southwest to face the cannon at Kil'jaeden's ship. Once you have aimed at the ship, you can then use the ability provided on the devastator action bar to destroy it, which will complete this world quest.

First, you must defeat 2 elite, large enemies known as Immortal Netherwalkers. Second, you must use the Target Designator quest-provided item to target 6 Immortal Squadron Fighters that can be seen flying over head. The item has an 8 second cooldown, so you may need to wait. Be wary of elite enemies in the area as you move around. Once both objectives have been met, this world quest will be marked as complete.
Recorded with the Windows Game Bar and edited with VideoPad.World of Warcraft Introduction to Argus GuideWoW JNasty2017-08-29 | Reaching Argus: This video contains all of the quests required to enter Krokuun, the first zone of the planet Argus. You will need to have completed your class hall campaign on one of your characters in order to unlock "The Hand of Fate," which will send you to Stormwind if you're an Alliance character, or Orgrimmar if you're a Horde character. Go to the northern side of the third dock in Stormwind, or the docks to the east of Orgrimmar in Durotar. Turn in this quest to the NPC there, then accept "Two If By Sea," which will send you to Azuremyst Isle. There, you can speak with Vindicator Boros, and move on to "Light's Exodus." Follow the dock to the east, then north, to enter a pathway that leads to Prophet Velen within the Exodar. Turn in "Light's Exodus" to Prophet Velen, then accept "The Vindicaar," which will require you to interact with a Light Crystal in front of Velen. This will then spawn a Lightforged Beacon, which can be interacted with to get on board the Vindicaar. Turn in the quest to Prophet Velen on the ship, then accept "Into the Night," which triggers a cinematic after speaking with Velen showing the travel to Argus. Once you arrive, turn the quest in, then accept "Alone in the Abyss," which will require you to speak with Grand Artificer Romuul, who can teleport you to the surface of Argus into the zone known as Krokuun. Make your way northwest to turn in this quest to Prophet Velen and to unlock more quests within the zone.
New Features: - Argus consists of three zones, all of which have their own quests and World Quests. - The Army of Light is a new faction that has its own Emissary Quests and World Quests, though you will need to progress with the story to unlock these. - There is a second faction known as the Argussian Reach associated with the main story quests of Argus and has 7 mount rewards (differs slightly than my voice explanation, but this is an update post-production). - New crafting reagents can be found throughout Argus, including Fiendish Leather, a new material from Skinning used for Leatherworking recipes. - On the Vindicaar, you can find the Netherlight Crucible, which will be unlocked during the third week following release, which will allow you to further enhance your artifact weapons. - You can use a new currency known as Argunite with Thaumaturge Vashreen in the Vindicaar to purchase item level 910 gear. - A Scouting Map can be found on the bottom floor of the Vindicaar. - Plenty of new achievements, including those that require you to defeat 5000 demons on Argus (this is a multi-stage achievement), which awards a mount.
Re-Accessing Argus: - A Lightforged Beacon can be found on Krasus' Landing of Dalaran to teleport immediately to the Vindicaar. - An innkeeper can be found on the southern side of the top floor of the Vindicaar. - A portal to Dalaran can be found on the bottom floor of the Vindicaar.World of Warcraft Bloody Plea First Aid Quest GuideWoW JNasty2017-08-27 | This quest will begin when you obtain a randomly dropped Bloody Plea quest starter item off of enemies in Val'sharah (pretty much any enemy has a chance to drop it), though it also has a chance to drop off of PvP enemies near Warden towers and other PvP areas in other zones of the Broken Isles, as well as off of Falcosaurs. You will need the Legion First Aid profession (skill level of 1) to learn the ability to craft Silkweave Bandages from Olisarra the Kind in the First to Your Aid First Aid shop in Dalaran for this quest. In order to craft 3 Silkweave Bandages, you'll need 3 Shal'dorei Silk, which can be obtained off of pretty much any humanoid enemy within the Broken Isles. If you don't have 3 Shal'dorei Silk, you can also purchase these from Illnea Bloodthorn in northern Dalaran in exchange for Bloods of Sargeras. Before you leave Dalaran, be sure to also purchase a Field Pack from Angelique Butler, who can be found alongside Olisarra the Kind in the First to Your Aid First Aid shop in Dalaran. Craft your 3 Silkweave Bandages. Once you have your 3 bandages and 1 Field Pack, you're ready to complete this quest. Fly to the Garden of the Moon flight path in central Val'sharah, then head east along the road until you find a Gravely Wounded Soldier just north of the bridge along the path. Speak with the Gravely Wounded Soldier and select the dialog option to treat the patient. Once you have helped the NPC, this quest will be marked as complete and can be turned in via a quest pop-up on your quest tracker. This quest is required for the Is There a Medic in the Zone? achievement, which becomes Field Medic once unlocked. Field Medic will unlock the character title Field Medic when completed.
Recorded with the Windows Game Bar and edited with VideoPad.World of Warcraft Unlocking the Memory Cube Toy from the Nighthold Raid GuideWoW JNasty2017-08-27 | The Memory Cube is a Toy that allows you to rewatch past cinematics from the Legion expansion. The first step in obtaining this toy is to receive the Mysterious Cube quest starter off of the Chronomatic Anomaly boss within the Arcing Aqueducts section of the Nighthold raid. Note that anyone in the raid can receive this item, though it has a very low drop percentage. This will begin a quest known as "Cubic Conundrum," which will send you to Dariness the Learned in the Things of the Past Archaeology shop. Turn in this quest, then accept "Cubic Currents," which will require you to turn in 300 Ancient Mana. Ancient Mana can be obtained off of pretty much any enemy within Suramar, or from objects found throughout the zone. You can see how much Ancient Mana you have on the Currency tab of your Character pane. Turn in your 300 Ancient Mana, then accept "Return to Karazhan: Cubic Cynosure." This quest requires you to defeat the Mana Devourer, who is the third boss within the Upper Return to Karazhan dungeon. Once the boss is defeated, you can find the Mana Focus quest item within Medivh's Footlocker (which is how you loot the Mana Devourer boss). Turn this in to Dariness the Learned, then accept the final quest known as "Cubic Coalescing." Follow Dariness the Learned upstairs, where she will place a Mysterious Cube on the ground. Interact with the Mysterious Cube to turn in the quest and to receive the Memory Cube toy. The Memory Cube can be used once every 10 minutes and allows you to view cinematics that your character has previously seen.
Recorded with the Windows Game Bar and edited with VideoPad.World of Warcraft The Deceiver (Seal of the Deceiver) Raid Legion Quest GuideWoW JNasty2017-08-23 | At your Class Hall, you may complete a mission at your Scouting Map that awards a quest starter known as the Seal of the Deceiver. This will auto-accept a quest that leads you into the Tomb of Sargeras raid. This quest CAN be completed on Looking for Raid difficulty, as well as all others, and is possible to complete even if you have already been locked out of loot this week. Queue for the Deceiver's Fall Tomb of Sargeras raid, where the target, Kil'jaeden, will be the only boss of this section of the Tomb of Sargeras. See my video guide for Kil'jaeden here: https://youtu.be/YaH4jYc1Cf0. Defeat this enemy to complete the quest. You will then need to speak with Commander Chambers in Deliverance Point, Broken Shore to turn in this quest. You will be awarded a Cache of Fel Treasures, which contains Looking for Raid epic quality gear (I believe the base item level for Tomb of Sargeras is now 880, but I could be mistaken).
Recorded with the Windows Game Bar and edited with VideoPad.World of Warcraft Unlocking the War-Torn Artifact Appearance with Minimal PvP Legion GuideWoW JNasty2017-08-22 | The War-Torn Artifact Appearance is unlocked once you reach a PvP Rank of Prestige Level 1, Rank 50 (essentially meaning that you have reached Prestige Level 2). This video focuses on non-PvP means of obtaining Honor points, which is the currency that defines your PvP Rank. If you go to your Specialization Tab, you will see Honor Talents, which gives you more detail as to how many Honor points you will need to rank up. Whenever you hit rank 50, you will enter a new prestige rank. With each increasing Prestige rank, the amount of Honor required to rank up will increase. Battlegrounds are the sort of "main" means to obtain Honor points consistently, but you can do world quests to gain points if you aren't a huge fan of fighting other players. Warden Tower world quests offer 300 Honor points as a reward and require you defeat some enemy faction NPCs, and an elite at the top of the tower. You aren't likely to run into other players, as there is no real incentive for defending these towers, and the map doesn't show you which towers your faction is currently in control of. Free-For-All world quests also exist, which award 500 Honor points as a reward. The quests included in this category are "Operation Murloc Freedom" in Azsuna, "Black Rook Rumble" in Val'sharah, "Darkbrul Arena" in Highmountain, and "Bareback Brawl" in Stormheim. Note that for "Operation Murloc Freedom," you can collect Timeworn Artifacts and turn them in to King Mrgl-Mrgl on the western side of the region for Honor points. For "Black Rook Rumble," as long as no other players are in the arena, NPCs will spawn rapidly that can be defeated for 10% progress each. You can take turns with other players defeating these NPCs to avoid any PvP contact. Once you reach Prestige Level 2, you will be presented with a quest starter for the quest "A Royal Audience," which requires you to go to Stormwind (Alliance) or the Undercity (Horde). Speak with your faction leader there, then turn in the quest to receive "The Victor's Spoils," which will require you to stand in a golden circle and use a quest-provided ability. After a short cutscene, the achievement The Prestige will unlock, giving you your new Artifact Appearance. Should you want to unlock the other color variations, continue to rank up in PvP through the Prestiges.World of Warcraft Whispers of a Frightened World Legion Quest GuideWoW JNasty2017-08-18 | The quest "Whispers of a Frightened World" was released 8/17/2017 in preparation for Patch 7.3 that is set to be released soon. It will be available upon arriving in Dalaran. Should you drop the quest, it can be obtained again from Archmage Khadgar in the Violet Citadel of Dalaran. The first step of this quest will require you to head to Sholazar Basin of Northrend. To reach Northrend, take the portal in the center of Dalaran to Wyrmrest Temple. This will dump you in Dragonblight; head northwest to Sholazar Basin. When you enter the zone, you will be redirected to the Maker's Overlook, which can be found along the mountainside on the eastern side of the zone. In the back room of the Maker's Overlook, you will need to right-click 3 of the 6 conduits that can be found on the ground, which will create a Teleportation Pad. Right-click the Teleportation Pad to enter a scenario. Steps of the Scenario:
Stage 1: Go east within the scenario to trigger lines of dialog.
Stage 2: Defeat 7 enemies cloaked in shadow; these enemies come in a few different varieties, but all provide progress.
Stage 3: Head into the room to the north. Right-click the 4 Damaged Constructs in the room you just entered. They are found on the northern, southern, eastern, and western sides of the room.
Stage 4: Defeat an elite enemy that spawns on the northern side of the room called the Amalgam of Torment. Watch your footing for purple areas to avoid heavy damage.
Stage 5: Go to the northernmost room of the scenario and speak with Magni Bronzebeard (select the dialog option).
Final Stage: Listen to the dialog from Magni Bronzebeard about Azeroth's warning. Once the dialog is complete, you will be able to use another Teleportation Pad to return to Dalaran. Speak with Archmage Khadgar back in Dalaran to turn in this quest.

I can be completed on Normal, Heroic, or Mythic difficulty, so use the Group Finder tool to queue for the dungeon. Once inside, you will find your first target, Rage Rot, on the northwestern side of the first cave in the dungeon. This enemy is actually accessible without pulling any optional enemies. Defeat this enemy, then continue with the dungeon and defeat the Shade of Xavius, the final boss, to complete this world quest. You are required to defeat the final boss to de-incentivize players from leaving a dungeon once they defeat Rage Rot. You must fight off 3 waves of enemies while remaining within the cave-like area of the northern side of the scenario. The first wave will contain Wyrmtongue enemies, the second more traditional demons, and the third will contain Eredar enemies. Once you reach the fourth and final wave, an elite pitlord known as Karzak the Impaler will spawn. Work with your NPC allies to bring down this elite enemy, then turn in the quest to Farseer Nobundo. You will need Legion First Aid skill of 800 to learn the Set Bone ability from Olisarra the Kind in the First to Your Aid First Aid shop in Dalaran for this quest. In order to set the bone for this quest, you will need 2 Silkweave Splints, which each require 5 Shal'dorei Silk and 1 Leystone Ore each. Since the cost of Ore is high, you can exchange 1 Blood of Sargeras for 10 Leystone Ore (which is all you'll need for this quest) with Illnea Bloodthorn in northern Dalaran. If you don't have 10 Shal'dorei Silk, you can also purchase these from Illnea Bloodthorn as well. Before you leave Dalaran, be sure to also purchase a Field Pack from Angelique Butler, who can be found alongside Olisarra the Kind in the First to Your Aid First Aid shop in Dalaran. Craft your 2 Silkweave Splints; you should then see a bracketed 1 next to Set Bone. If this is the case, you're ready to complete this quest. Fly to the Stormtorn Foothills flight path in the northern side of Stormheim, where you will find an Injured Adventurer at the base of the cliffs on the northern beaches of the zone. Speak with the Injured Adventurer and select the dialog option to set the patient's bone. Once you have set the bone, this quest will be marked as complete and can be turned in via a quest pop-up on your quest tracker. There are two steps involved in unlocking this achievement, beginning with the need to complete 5 specific Legion Archaeology quests out of the 13 available. Legion Archaeology quests follow a rotation that can be seen on the Surveying the Land / This Side Up / A Keen Eye achievement (Professions - Archaeology on the Achievement pane); each quest will be available for 2 weeks, then the rotation will move down the list. In other words, to complete all of these quests, you will need to be vigilant and complete these quests over 6 months. Each quest will be available from Dariness the Learned in the Things of the Past archaeology shop in northern Dalaran. To unlock this achievement, you will need to complete the quests associated with the "Crystalline Eye of Undravius," "Imp Generator," "Wyrmy Tunkins," "Blood of Young Mannoroth," and "Purple Hills of Mac'Aree;" note that these quests are not available in succession, and span the range of the 6-month Legion Archaeology quest rotation. Once you have completed the fifth and final quest on the list (regardless of the order in which they were completed), Brann Bronzebeard will offer a new quest known as "The Relic Renewed." You'll just have to watch him tinker around with the artifacts you gathered in these quest lines, then you can turn in this quest to receive the achievement known as The Dwarven Dream. Note that Brann Bronzebeard may be in any of the zones of the Broken Isles based on which week of the Archaeology quest rotation is currently active when you complete the fifth quest required for this achievement. This quest also awards you with 10 Highmountain Tribute Stones, 10 Mark of the Deceiver, and 10 Ancient Suramar Scrolls, which can be used in lieu of Archaeology Fragments to solve Archaeology relics. See my other videos in this playlist to get an overview of each of the quests involved.

To see the cycle of quests, check the Surveying the Land / This Side Up / A Keen Eye achievement. You will need a Legion Archaeology skill level of 1 in order for Dariness the Learned, who can be found in the Things of the Past Archaeology shop of northern Dalaran, to receive this quest. Note that you will have 2 weeks from when this quest became available to complete this quest line, otherwise your progress will be lost. For "Fel Fragments," report to Brann Bronzebeard on the beach of southeastern Val'sharah. Turn in the quest, then accept "The Purple Hills of Mac'Aree," which will require you to perform surveys at digsites around Val'sharah. Each successful Demon Archaeology Find will provide 2-6 Pages from the Purple Hills of Mac'Aree, of which you will need to obtain a total of 360. For each stack of 40 Pages of the Purple Hills of Mac'Aree, you will need to right-click these items to produce a Chapter from the Purple Hills of Mac'Aree. Once you have 9 Chapters from the Purple Hills of Mac'Aree, you can use these items to complete the quest. Occasionally, you may be attacked by Wyrmtongue Collectors, which will drop 15-20 Pages from the Purple Hills of Mac'Aree each. Alternatively, you may receive an uncommon Petrified Wyrmtongue, which will spawn a Wyrmtongue Collector. Once you have collected 360 Pages from the Purple Hills of Mac'Aree, which are used to create 9 Chapters from the Purple Hills of Mac'Aree, return to Brann Bronzebeard to turn in the quest. He will then offer "Darkheart Thicket: Through the Fog," which requires you to obtain 2 quest items that will drop off of the Shade of Xavius within the Darkheart Thicket dungeon. You can complete this dungeon on either Normal or Heroic difficulty to obtain your quest items. Once you have done so, return to Brann Bronzebeard one final time to turn in this quest and to receive the item known as The Purple Hills of Mac'Aree, which will provide Artifact Power. Completion of this quest will offer progress for the Surveying the Land / This Side Up / A Keen Eye Archaeology achievement. This Side Up in particular is important because it's used to unlock one of your artifact appearance color variations.

Once you raise 10000 reputation after hitting Exalted, you will have an opportunity to receive a special chest. For the Valarjar, speak with Valdemar Stormseeker in Valdisdall, Stormheim and complete "Supplies from the Valarjar" to receive a Valarjar Strongbox. This cache will have a very low chance of dropping the epic mount known as the Valarjar Stormwing. You are far more likely to receive gold, Order Resources, Curious Coins, or champion equipment than this mount, but it does come from this chest. Most reputations in the Broken Isles has its own unique mount obtained in this way.

This world quest can be completed within the Normal, Heroic, or Mythic difficulty versions of the Halls of Valor. The first objective of this world quest requires you to loot 3 Books of Exalted Deeds, which are objects throughout the Halls of Valor. The locations of these books can be seen on your mini map as a yellow circle; note that there are more than 3 locations where these books spawn. Additionally, each book can be looted by every member of your party, so you don't need to compete with other players to be the first to reach the book. Be sure to loot 3 books within the early areas of the dungeon. You can finish out the world quest by defeating Odyn, the final boss of the Halls of Valor. Once he is defeated, this world quest will be marked as complete.

For "Academic Exploration," you'll need to speak with Tae'thelan Bloodwatcher in Azsuna, east of Illidari Stand. Turn in the quest, then accept "Tried and True," which will require you to visit digsites found around Azsuna. At these dig sites, you can loot the quest items known as "Azsunian Key Mold Pieces from finds after successful surveys. Each digsite will drop 0-2 key mold pieces. Occasionally, you'll be attacked by Angry Highborne Spirits, which will have a 100% chance to drop 2-4 quest items each. Once you collect 15, return to Tae'thelan Bloodwatcher to turn in this quest and accept "The Keys to Success." For "The Keys to Success," speak with Alard Schmied within the Tanks for Everything blacksmithing shop of northern Dalaran. Speak with Alard and select the dialog option to gain access to an abiliy known as Melt Metal Bar, which can be used near a forge just next to the NPC. Once the channeling of this ability is done, you'll have access to a new ability known as Pour Slag. This ability can be used near a bench near the eastern exit of the blacksmithing shop. Once done, you will be able to use Cool Mold. This final ability can be used near a water trough on the southern side of the building. After Cool Mold is finished channeling, the quest will be marked as complete. Return to Tae'thelan Bloodwatcher one final time to turn in this quest. You will be awarded the Key to Nar'thalas Academy, which is required for the A Keen Eye achievement. If you don't have access to A Keen Eye yet, it will appear as This Side Up or Surveying the Land in your achievement log. This Side Up is used to unlock a color variation of your artifact appearances. This item can be used in the northwestern room of the Nar'thalas Academy in central Azsuna known as the Hall of Arcane Knowledge. Within this room, there will be 12 rune-drawing challenges offered by Instructor Nidriel and 9 monster-defeating challenges offered by Sythorne. Complete all of these challenges to be able to duel Elya Azuremoon, who is found on the western side of the room. Ragoul doesn't use any particular difficult abilities, but has some strange movement patterns. Defeat this bat enemy before continuing with the rest of the dungeon. This year (2017), bonfires were added to the Broken Isles' zones. There are two achievements associated with this addition: Flamekeeper of the Broken Isles and Extinguishing the Broken Isles. Note that both of these quests' requirements will be slightly affected by your faction, as Suramar has two different bonfires based on faction. For the Horde, the Suramar bonfire will be found to the west of Shal'Aran in Meredil of Suramar. The Alliance bonfire can be found to the south of this location, across a bridge along the road. In Azsuna, the bonfire is shared and is found on a small hill to the south of Azurewing Repose in northern Azsuna. You will need to complete the Honor the Flame quest offered by each of the zones' Flame Guardians to get the Flame Warden of the Broken Isles achievement. In Val'sharah, the bonfire is found to the east of Bradensbrook over a very small bridge. In Highmountain, the bonfire is found in the center of Ironhorn Enclave (see the suggested video, or visit: https://youtu.be/Tf45Pj1a5zI for directions on reaching this flight path). Finally, in Stormheim, the bonfire is found on the very western side of the zone between Blackbeak Overlook and the Weeping Bluffs (very close to the Highmountain border). Once you have hit all 6 bonfires, both achievements should be unlocked! They are not required for the Midsummer meta achievement, but are nonetheless new content for Legion.
Recorded with the Windows Game Bar and edited with VideoPad.World of Warcraft The Spoiled Sample / Unsettled Power Legion Quest GuideWoW JNasty2017-07-04 | "The Spoiled Sample" will originate from a quest starter that you will get out of an Emissary Quest treasure chest (regardless of faction). This quest starter will send you to Arcanomander Vridiel in the Tanks for Everything Blacksmithing shop of northern Dalaran. The purpose of this quest is to alert you to the existence of the "Unsettled Power" quest, but it should be noted that you do not have to complete "The Spoiled Sample" in order to begin "Unsettled Power." "Unsettled Power" is a replacement quest for an one quest known as "Touch of a Titan," which awarded Distilled Titan Essence that upgraded Legendary gear to item level 940. Distilled Titan Essences are now trash items. Instead, this quest awards Stabilized Titan Essence, which upgrades existing Legendary gear to item level 970. It will require you to obtain 50 Writhing Essence, which can be obtained in a number of ways The easiest way to obtain these quest items is to complete Emissary Quests, as the treasure chest rewards will award you with 0-7 essence. Note that you can track the number of Writhing Essence that you currently have on your Currency tab of your Character pane. These items will not drop out of Paragon reputation chests. However, they can be obtained from your Mythic+ cache, as well as from your weekly PvP rewards (requires rated battleground completions). Additionally, bosses within the Tomb of Sargeras will drop these quest items. Completion of a daily LFG Heroic will also award you with 5 Writhing Essence. Finally, they can be obtained (VERY RARELY ~1%) in lots of 1 from Legionfall Recompenses that you receive for turning in Legionfall War Supplies. Using any combination of these methods, once you obtain 50 Writhing Essence, return to Arcanomancer Vridiel in Dalaran to turn in this quest. You can then upgrade one of your existing Legendaries items to 970. Future Legendary drops should default to 970, if things are consistent to when the 940 upgrade items were introduced.

This quest CAN be completed on Looking for Raid difficulty, as well as all others, and is possible to complete even if you have already been locked out of loot this week. Queue for the Gates of Hell Tomb of Sargeras raid, where the target, Mistress Sassz'ine, will be the third and final boss of this section of the Tomb of Sargeras. Some notes are included in the video about her fight.

For "One Step Closer," head to southwestern Suramar (may be easiest just to fly to the Felblaze Ingress of northeastern Azsuna), on a cliff west of Felsoul Hold, and speak with Brann Bronzebeard. Turn in the quest, then accept "Deciphering Demonology." "Deciphering Demonology" will require you to obtain 5 Recovered Artifacts and 5 Chamber Key Fragments. Chamber Key Fragments are quest items that can be obtained from successful surveys at digsites found around Suramar. They can also be obtained from Wyrmtongue Collectors with a 100% drop chance; these enemies can randomly attack you upon a successful survey. Recovered Artifacts are items that have use outside of this quest, and thus, if you have some before accepting this quest, they can be used for this quest's completion. In order to obtain these items, you will need to obtain Demonic Archaeology Fragments from digsites in Suramar. You can then use the Archaeology skill to solve Demonic Relics; once you solve for an item, right-click that item in your inventory to turn it into a Recovered Artifact. Outside of this quest, these can be exchanged with Dariness the Learned for fragments from past expansions' archaeology categories. You can also obtain Marks of the Deceiver, which can act as substitutes for Demonic Archaeology Fragments to more easily solve relics. Once you have 5 of both quests items, return to Brann Bronzebeard. Turn in the quest and then accept "Dark Secrets." Once you accept this quest, Brann will run off. Meet him outside of Kel'balor in the Crimson Thicket of northeastern Suramar. Speak with him and let him know you are ready to enter; he will then follow you (not an escort). Take him to the northern-most room; after a few seconds, you will be attacked by a Catacombs Guardian that you must defeat. Once defeated, you can loot both Nightborne Artifact Caches in the room to obtain the quest items for "Dark Secrets." The second is guarded by lasers, so time you movement to avoid taking massive damage from said lasers. Turn in the quest to receive the epic Blood of Young Mannoroth item, which can be broken at the Obliterum Forge in northern Dalaran in exchange for Obliterum and Obliterum Fragments. These items are used to upgrade the item level of crafted Legion epic gear. Completion of this quest will also give you progress for the A Keen Eye achievement (or its previous forms, including This Side Up). This Side Up is an important achievement because it is required to unlock one of your artifact appearance color variations.
Recorded with the Windows Game Bar and edited with VideoPad.World of Warcraft A New Lead / Crystal Eyes / Drogbar Deception Legion Archaeology Quest GuideWoW JNasty2017-06-21 | "A New Lead" is one of the biweekly Archaeology quests available from Dariness the Learned in the Things of the Past Archaeology shop of northern Dalaran. It will be available if you have a Legion Archaeology skill level of 1. You will have 2 weeks to complete this quest line from the day it becomes available; after this time, your progress will be lost. For "A New Lead," head to the northern side of the upper tier of Thunder Totem in Highmountain and speak with Lessah Moonwater. She will then offer a new quest known as "Crystal Eyes," which will first require you to obtain 6 Highmountain Ritual-Stones. These uncommon-quality items can be found rarely from completing successful surveys at digsites around Highmountain (I've gotten anywhere between 0-4 per digsite). Alternatively, you can buy these items on the Auction House if you don't feel like doing Archaeology, though this can get expensive. Originally, these items are used to substitute Highmountain Tauren Archaeology Fragments when solving for Archaeology Relics using the Archaeology skill. Once you have 6 Highmountain Ritual-Stones (all of which WILL be consumed/lost, by the way), you will need to interact with two crystals found within caves in Highmountain. The first, the Mucksnout Den Crystal, can be found to the north of the Nesingwary flight path of central Highmountain; enter the cave from the south, right-click the crystal on your left up the ramp, and select the dialog speech bubble option. You will be prompted with a warning letting you know that this will consume 3 Highmountain Ritual-Stones; hit Accept. The second crystal, the Rockcrawler Chasm Crystal, is found near the northern entrance of the cave on your right. Do the same process as you did in Mucksnout Den. Once both crystals have been interacted with, return to Lessah Moonwater in northern Thunder Totem to turn in this quest. She will then offer "Drogbar Deception," which will direct you to the Lifespring Cavern to the west of Thunder Totem. Once inside, proceed through the cave until you find a small path leading north on the western side of the cave to take you to the upper level of the cave. On the northwestern side of the second floor of the cave, you will need to defeat an enemy known as Gelmogg. About half way through the fight, Dargrul will spawn and will turn Gelmogg into an elemental. When defeated, Gelmogg will drop a quest item known as the Ancient Highmountain Necklace. Return to Lessah Moonwter one final time to turn in this quest. This quest will award you with the Prizerock Neckband, which is a stat-heavy necklace of item level 850. This provides progress for the Surveying the Land / This Side Up / A Keen Eye achievement for the Prizerock Neckband. The achievement This Side Up is important because it unlocks one of your Artifact's color variations.

Mossgill Perch can be obtained in a number of ways: First, you can fish from Mossgill Perch Schools found around the zone, which will have a 100% chance of dropping one with each successful fish. Second, you can fish from water sources in the zone that isn't a school, though this has a much lower chance of being a Mossgill Perch instead of a Silver Mackerel when compared to fishing from schools. Finally, you can go with the no-fishing option of purchasing 10 Mossgill Perch per 1 Blood of Sargeras from Illnea Bloodthorn in northern Dalaran. Regardless of the means by which you obtain these Mossgill Perch, speak with Sylvia Hartshorn when you have them to turn in this world quest. You will have 2 weeks from when the quest became available to complete this quest line; after this period, the next quest in the Archaeology cycle will become available. This cycle can be seen under the This Side Up Professions Archaeology achievement. For "Unspeakable Power," Report to Tae'thelan Bloodwatcher, who can be found in a small cave in southwestern Suramar. He will then offer the quest "Narrowing Down," which will require you to obtain 10 Tattered Highborne Scrolls from Highborne Archaeology Fragments resulting from successful Surveys at digsites around the zone. Each completed digsite will result in 0-2 Highborne Archaeology Fragments, so this may take some time. If you happen to come across a Lost Highborne Journal, a friendly Highborne Spirit will spawn that will create 2 new Highborne Archaeology Fragments that will each have a chance of dropping quest items. If you're lucky, aggressive Angry Highborne Spirits will spawn, which will have a 100% chance of dropping Tattered Highborne Scrolls. If you're really lucky, you may come across a Mass Highborne Grave when looting a Highborne Archaeology Fragment, which can be interacted with to spawn 3 Angry Highborne Spirits; each spirit will have a 100% chance of dropping a quest item. Once you accumulate 10 quest items, return to Tae'thelan Bloodwatcher in southwestern Suramar and turn in the quest. He will then offer "Uncovering the Orb of Sciallax," which will require you to meet up with him outside of Kelbalor in the Crimson Thicket of northeastern Suramar. Speak with him to get him to move inside the tunnel network, then right-click the Encased Orb found on your left to complete this quest. This quest awards iLevel 840 Relics that can be transferred between characters on the same Battle.net account. This quest also provides progress for the Shard of Sciallax, which is required for the Surveying the Land / This Side Up / A Keen Eye achievements. For "Livin' on the Ledge," you will need to head to the Fel Hammer, which is the Demon Hunter Class Hall, to speak with Matron Mother Malevolence, who can be found near your Scouting Map. Turn in this quest, then Matron Mother Malevolence will offer "To Fel and Back." On the northern side of the Fel Hammer, speak with Kyra Lightblade and select the speech bubble dialog option to head to Felwing Ledge. Once you arrive in the scenario after speaking to Kyra Lightblade, head west across a small pool of fel lava to find Matron Mother Malevolence in Felwing Ledge. Speak with her and select the speech bubble option; a few seconds later, an elite fel bat known as Lixahl will become attackable nearby. Attack this fel bat, which has 3 notable abilities: (1) Fel Breath, which will deal damage to you if you're in a cone in front of this bat, (2) Corrosive Maw, which will create poison pools in a line that can be side-stepped, and (3) Fel Swipe, which will stun you for a few seconds. You will need to bring Lixahl down to about 75% health before it will fly off. As she flies off, green droplets of blood will fall on the ground leading southeast. Follow this trail of blood to the south, where you will then be able to attack Lixahl again. This time, you can bring the bat down to about 33% health before it flies off. Follow the trail of blood that leads northwest, keeping in mind that you can use Spectral Sight to more easily see the blood should you lose track of the trail. Head down, then you will need to glide off of the island to find Lixahl floating in the void. Once you reach the fel bat, you will mount it and will go for a short ride to the south. Once you land, attack Lixahl again until it submits and becomes friendly. Then, right-click Lixhal to catch a ride back to the camp you originally landed at in Felwing Ledge. You will then be able to speak to Yrdris Lightblade to leave the scenario (which will be complete) and return to the Fel Hammer. Back on the Fel Hammer, speak to Matron Mother Malevolence to turn in this quest and to receive the Slayer's Felbroken Shrieker mount. This mount can be found in the Mounts tab of your Collection pane.

This quest simply requires you defeat 100 demons found around the Broken Shore. The most efficient means of doing this is to defeat demons underneath the Sentinax. In particular, Beacons of the Firestorm will summon weak imps in high numbers that can be defeated to provide progress for this quest. Using only the Sentinax as a source of demons, you can finish this quest in a few minutes. However, if you want to resume your regular Broken Shore activities, you should know that rare spawn elite demons do provide progress for this quest, and that many of the world quests in the zone involve defeating demons enemies. Should you decide to randomly defeat demons outside of world quest/Sentinax areas, note that some enemies are classified as Humanoids and will not offer progress for this quest. Once you reach 100 defeated demons, return to Maiev Shadowsong in Deliverance Point to turn in this quest. This is the final quest of the Legionfall Campaign and will unlock the Breaching the Tomb achievement. You will notice that once you complete this quest, assuming you are up-to-date with you Order Hall Campaign, the Legionfall Campaign, and reputations, that your class-specific mount quest will become available.

This quest requires you to complete 3 Legionfall missions within your Class Hall. Legionfall missions were unlocked when you completed the quest "Investigate the Broken Shore" (I accidentally said "Investigating" when recording; my apologies!) within your Class Hall. To tell whether or not a mission is classified as a "Legionfall" mission, check the zone in which it takes place underneath the mission's name once you select it at your Scouting Map in your class hall. You can also tell whether a mission is a Legionfall mission by looking at the rewards: if the mission rewards Legionfall War Supplies or Legionfall Insignias, it's likely that the mission is related to the Armies of Legionfall and will offer progress for this quest. Note that missions started before you accepted this quest will offer progress, so long as you turn them in once you have accepted the quest. Many of the Legionfall missions share names with world quests found within the Broken Shore. This quest will be marked as complete once you turn in 3 Legionfall missions after having accepted this quest. You will have 2 weeks from when the quest became available to complete this quest line; after this period, the next quest in the Archaeology cycle will become available. This cycle can be seen under the This Side Up Professions Archaeology achievement. For "Out of the Frying Pan," report to Brann Bronzebeard, who can be found at a camp to the northwest of the Illidari Stand flight path in Azsuna within the Llothien Highlands. Turn in this quest, then he will offer "And Into the Fel Fire," which will require you to visit Digsites found around Azsuna to perform Surveys to obtain Parts of the Infernal Device quest items from Finds. Each Digsite will likely offer somewhere between 1-3 Parts of the Infernal Device from Finds. If you're lucky, you'll be attacked by a Wyrmtongue Collector when you go to collect a find; these enemies will drop around 3 Parts of the Infernal Device quest items. You may also come across an uncommon item known as a Petrified Wyrmtongue, which, when used, will spawn a Wyrmtongue Collector that will also have a chance to drop around 3 quest items. I was pretty lucky and only had to visit 4 Digsites to complete this quest. Return to Brann Bronzebeard once you have collected 10 Parts of the Infernal Device. Brann will then offer "The Apocalypse Bringer;" once you have the quest, speak with Brann Bronzebeard and select the "Activate the Device, Brann" option to cause him to run to the north just across the road. He will spend a few seconds tinkering with a demonic device, then a Wyrmtongue demon known as Wyrmy Tunkins will spawn. When the option becomes available, defeat this enemy (it will take 1-2 hits), then report back to Brann Bronzebeard to the south to turn in this quest and to receive the Wyrmy Tunkins pet. Completion of this quest line will award you progress for Wyrmy Tunkins under the This Side Up achievement. The This Side Up achievement is used to unlock an artifact color for the artifact appearance unlocked once you complete your Class Hall campaign.

Legionfall Campaign Quest GuideWoW JNasty2017-05-23 | "Take Out the Head..." follows "Relieved of Their Valuables" as part of the Legionfall Campaign and is available from Maiev Shadowsong in Deliverance Point of Broken Shore. It requires you to defeat 3 rare spawn elite demons, which can be seen throughout the map of the Broken Shore as dark skulls. There are a total of 25 different rare spawns that can offer progress for this quest; note that in order to receive progress for this quest, the rare spawn must be lootable. Each of these rare spawns can be defeated once per day for loot (so there's no purpose to defeat them more than once a day for this quest, either). This is regulated by means of the game considering the defeating of these rare spawns to be a daily quest, so therefore, your "rare spawn kills" will reset at 11:00 AM EST (this will vary by time zone, but amounts to the same time each day). Throughout the day different rare spawns will be "active," meaning that there will be a skull on the map indicating that they are present. During this time, when the rare spawn is defeated, it will respawn within about a minute. An "activation" period will last 45 minutes, after which point the skull will despawn and the rare spawn demon will no longer respawn. Any particular demon CAN be active more than once per day. Demons can become active at pretty much any 15 minute interval throughout the day, so be sure to check back periodically to find more if you are having issues finding 3 on the map immediately. As a side note, the rare spawn Lord Hel'nurath has a chance to drop a mount, so if you can, defeat this boss once a day (the drop chance is very low). Once you have defeated 3 elite rare spawn demons in the Broken Shore, return to Maiev Shadowsong in Deliverance Point to turn in this quest. This quest is part of the Legionfall Campaign and therefore provides progress for the Breaching the Tomb achievement.
List of eligible rare spawns: Aqueux, Brood Mother Nix, Brother Badatin, Corrupted Bonebreaker, Doombringer Zar'thoz, Dreadblade Annihilator, Dreadeye, Duke Sithizi, Emberfire, Eye of Gurgh, Felbringer Xar'thok, Felcaller Xelthae, Felmaw Emberfiend, Grossir, Flllurlokkr, Imp Mother Bruva, Inquisitor Chillbane, Lady Eldrathe, Lord Hel'Nurath, Malgrazoth, Malorus the Soulkeeper, Potionmaster Gloop, Selathan the Broodwalker, Somber Dawn, and Xorogun the Flamecaller.
Recorded with the Windows Game Bar and edited with VideoPad.World of Warcraft Eye of Azshara: Slug It Out Dungeon Legion World Quest GuideWoW JNasty2017-05-22 | The world quest "Eye of Azshara: Slug It Out" takes place within the Eye of Azshara dungeon and can be seen on the Azsuna map. This world quest can be completed on Normal, Heroic, or Mythic difficulty. The first target of this world quest is a snail named Shellmaw, which can be found in the forest to the west of Lady Hatecoil (the second boss of the dungeon). Shellmaw is accompanied by 2 Restless Tides, which can stun players and push them back; I would advise defeating these enemies first. Shellmaw itself has an ability known as Abrasive Slime, which deals damage to players in front of the snail, increases the amount of damage you take, and decreases the amount of damage you deal; this ability stacks. You will be required to defeat the Wrath of Azshara, thereby completing the dungeon, to complete this world quest. When the Wrath of Azshara falls, this world quest will be marked as complete.
Recorded with the Windows Game Bar and edited with VideoPad.World of Warcraft Darkheart Thicket: Mythana Dungeon Legion World Quest GuideWoW JNasty2017-05-18 | The world quest "Darkheart Thicket: Mythana" takes place within the Darkheart Thicket dungeon and can be seen on the Val'sharah map. This world quest can be completed on Normal, Heroic, or Mythic difficulty. The first target of this world quest is a sort of mutated cat known as Mythana, which can be located in a small alcove to the east of the road after you exit the first cave very close to the entrance of the dungeon. Mythana uses a damaging ability known as Frantic Rip (Grievous Rip on Mythic), which will deal damage and cause damage over time. It will also create Images of Mythana to assist it in combat, which will despawn when Mythana is defeated. Be sure to defeat this enemy before proceeding with the rest of the dungeon. You will be required to defeat the Shave of Xavius, thereby completing the dungeon, to complete this world quest. When the Shade of Xavius falls, this world quest will be marked as complete.
Recorded with the Windows Game Bar and edited with VideoPad.World of Warcraft Return to Karazhan: Book Wyrms Dungeon Legion Quest GuideWoW JNasty2017-05-17 | This quest will become available once you complete "Fragments of the Past" and "Return to Karazhan: In the Eyes of the Beholder," which are offered by Archmage Khadgar outside of the Karazhan dungeon in Deadwind Pass of the Eastern Kingdoms by Mage Darius (who is also outside of the dungeon in Deadwind Pass). This quest takes place within the Upper Return to Karazhan dungeon (which is really only relevant if you choose to do it on Heroic, as it can also be completed on Mythic, where the dungeon is not split in halves). After defeating the Shade of Medievh, you will shrink and enter the Guardian's Study. Defeat the boss known as the Mana Devourer, which will count towards you goal of defeating 10 Mana Devourers. Once you return to normal size, you will then be able to defeat additional Mana Devourers, keeping in mind that you may need to pull a few extra mobs to complete this stage of the quest. Once you have defeated 10, head up the steps on the northeastern or southeastern side of the room to reach the second floor of the Guardian's Study. You will need to right-click 5 Flying Tomes that can be seen moving around the floor of the room. On a side note, there is a portal to the entrance to the Return to Karazhan dungeon in this room. Once you have right-clicked 5 Flying Tomes, this quest will be marked as complete. Return to Mage Darius outside of Karazhan in Deadwind Pass to turn in this quest. This is the first step in a quest line that involves defeating bosses within the Return to Karazhan dungeon. Oddly enough, the quests seems to be in reverse order of the bosses inside of the dungeon, meaning that you are expected to do the dungeon multiple times to complete this quest line.
