Use Vitamin C:Vitamin C has been approved by a lot of skin care websites to treat PIE. However, there are a lot of types of Vitamin C. The gold standard of Vitamin C is the LAA which is L-Ascorbic Acid.Ascorbic acid is very potent so it is only advisable for people who already have a solid skin care routine.Having a solid skin care routine means that you no longer break out when you use cleanser - moisturiser - sunscreen.My product recommendations for Vitamin C are: 1.
